A very disappointing stay. The hotel was closing on 11am on the day of our departure (which we did not know) and the hotel staff was more eager to close than to offer a good experience to its visitors. Upon arrival we were informed that the hotel beach would close at 16:00 that day due to a wedding, but although we arrived at the hotel after 14:30, with about 1 hour to spend at the beach, we would still need to pay a full day's price for the sunbeds and umbrella. We indeed reached the beach around 15:00 and were told by the staff there that the beach is already closed! Total disconnect and miscommunication. In addition, we were informed that next day we had to leave at 11am, since it was closing for the season (like allowing the guests to leave in their own pace and close later that evening was not an option...). The room was acceptable, but the shower had unsatisfactory flow and the water was warmish, not really hot. Although we asked for a double bed, we were given a room with 3 singles (really small singe beds). To top this up, the quality of the breakfast was mediocre to say the least and definitely not what one would expect from a 4* hotel. Overall, it felt like no-one cared on whether we were enjoying our stay or not, so I would never choose this hotel again.

The hotel is very unique, clean, and has the boutique vibe. Walkable distance to all the restaurants, dock, and ferry. Beach is beautiful.

This hotel is in a stunning location and the views are fabulous . It’s huge dining area and outside terrace are just delightful. It is rated as a 4 * hotel but although the location, views and rooms are delightful it was not quite the expected standard when it came to staff and efficiency. For a large hotel ( by small island standards) it seemed surprising to have a tired looking receptionist wearing T-shirt and jeans, somehow not giving the best of impressions. We also had disastrous dinner room service experience with unprofessional service from staff. Even the hotel’s own beach charges 15 Euros for its sunbeds compared to most other beaches being 10 Euros per set. As hotel guests it would seem odd to have to pay to use its beach. We went elsewhere close by …..

Views from the room and around hotel were great. Average breakfast. Big, clean room with lovely balcony, but mini bar contents and coffee/tea selection could be better.

We had an amazing stay. The hotel owner has done a superb job in renovating. Hope it can be maintained to keep the newness. Love everything about the room, the staff and the buffet breakfast was outstanding, lots of variety. We will def recommend to others and return anytime.

Gave me a very small room with tiny bathroom I complained and then I was given a bigger room Shower was too small

Great location, the nearby beaches are amazing and accessible by foot. Plus, you you can enjoy the best view from the terrace, for breakfast is so beautiful!

Great view, nice beach and clean rooms. The only disadvantage was the extremely limited free parking.

The view from this hotel was amazing. However the photos of the Executive Room were incorrect, with the room smaller and without the chair I expected.

The hotel is in an excellent position overlooking Poros Town. There was a water taxi that ran during the day and late evening across the bay which was an added attraction. The service and food was very good. The room was rather hot as the AC was positioned at the wrong end of the room. However, excellent views across the bay.

I arrived on Friday to be told I had been upgraded to a room with a sea view, which I thanked them for. I went to my room. The safe was left in a locked mode so no one couldreset with a new password but needed the management to unblock it. I then tried to shower. There was no place to place the shower head but worse of all the shower curtain rail was set at 2 meters high but the curtain was 2.20 meters long so it gathered in the basin not allowing the water to drain so my feet were always in a pool of dirty water. The worse was the toilet was leaking and there wasa steam of water fromn the back of the seat to the drain near the front of the toilet, which meant that whne you sat on the throne youe one foot would be in the stream, but the wearing of shoes kept my feet dry. Finally the A/C had only one fan speed ... max, which again was not optimal. When I told the front desk they looked at me as if i was complaing for no reason. They said they would sort the safe issue but as far as the other issues they could do nothing. So I asked if they would downgrade me to my origianl room but they refused. Was it the new COVID rules? The setting is very pretty and convenient but the service can and must be improved. COVID is no reason to drop standards. If they could not move me get a plumber to fix the leaking toilet if nothing else.

They didn't tell at the check-in that the Hotel has a private beach, so I went to the payable beach instead.

Lovely spot with great views. Good amenities in the rooms. Restaurant on sight was okay for dinner but better options available within walking distance. Good breakfast buffet. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends

I was very disappointed that the hotel pool was closed for whole time we stayed there. The room was very basic in comfort for a 4 star hotel and the breakfast was not up to scratch - the hot food was usually cold and items not replaced on a daily basis. Also when we arrived late in the evening, when I asked for a room service snack, they would only provide a cup of tea. I would definitely not stay again and really feel we should have a refund because of the closed pool

It's beautifully by the sea, lovely views from big balcony. Big rooms by a bit worn. Breakfast was very basic I wish they would have offered good coffee and fresh juices - you get everywhere in town great coffee and freshly squeezed orange-juice, that would make the breakfast just great. Overall, compared to the price, would recommend this

The staff was very helpful , The room was spacious and beautiful , with a big balcony on the sea ( literally ) ... you could hear the plops from your bed ! In order to go to the beach of the hotel you follow a path in the pine trees. You enjoyed your swimming in nature, with the bars facilities so you do not miss anything . Very close to the center ! We were very lucky that we booked in this hotel . We surly recommend it !!!

Amazing views from around the hotel, very happy with our balcony and view! Modern and clean room, only down side was awkwardly positioned TV on wall was a bit of a hazard when going in and out of balcony.

The service at the hotel was exceptional. We were offered a drink of delicious lemonade as we checked in and our luggage was taken to our room. Room was spotless although furniture and bathroom fittings are dated. Views from balcony and restaurant are amazing. Very good value for money.
