Room was clean but looked a bit tired. Chips in furniture and floor needs refreshing. Brilliant shower and hairdryer and love the magnifying mirror. Our room did not have any tissues in the box and the toilet paper is extremely rough. We requested a quiet room and thankfully it was even though it was very near the lift.

Great location

The television didn't work. When I called, they told me that it was a problem with the cable, but they didn't fix it. The floor was dirty. The bedsheet were covered in lint and dust. The public bathrooms had not been cleaned in several days.

Very nice stay. Good size rooms. Close to railway station and Kullmans Diner. Friendly staff and goid breakfast. There a small charge to use the hotels parking, but thats worth it.

Very nice hotel. The price didn't include breakfast and the breakfast was quite expensive, although great in quality.

Drainage of wash basin was so bad.

We watched the MHP Ludwigsburg game. It was a very clean and comfortable hotel. Thank you very much.

Hotel staff with a lot of potential to improve customer service, not very friendly

NH is a very nice and clean hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. This time though, our shower leaked a bit and had some defects, also at times the cold tap in the bathroom had hot water and didn't go cold at all. The pillows were very thin. Other than that, very nice room, no noise, nice roomservice.

A family wedding weekend for 8 adults 1 child, our experience was very good

Comfortable, clean hotel room in convenient area. My only problem was the sound of chairs in the room upstairs being scraped across floor, very annoying and loud. Suggest to management to have felt stickers on bottom of chair legs to prevent this.

Nice clean hotel within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. Bartender was very nice and welcoming with a friendly smile each night. my co-worker and I both noticed in the middle of nigh each of our rooms seemed to get much warmer. Decent breakfast and friendly staff.

Hotel was as decribed and fully meeting my expectations. Real recommendation if you stay in the area of Ludwigsburg. Comfortable, friendly, clean and al you need available.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable.Service was very friendly as well! We booked a room with the option of double bed or two single beds but were not asked which bed we would like. As a couple we were disappointed to go up to our room and see two single beds. However the night stand is positioned so that it is easy to push the two beds together and move the nightstand to the other side of the bed. At night we heard the nightstands moving above us so we assume other couples were doing the same thing. This was a bit loud at times but did not keep me awake for long. It was not a nuisance enough to complain, but be sure to ask for a double bed if you wish to have one!

very good hotel , very clean, very clean rooms, service is excellent , the only thing needs improvement is the breakfast , need to be variety in the breakfast .

Very friendly staff. Mr. Artur and his colleagues without exception are always smiling and supportive. Hotel is really well located some 2 min walk from the train station.Breakfast is very good for its price.Rooms are wide and very nice.

Hotel is across the street from train station and 30 minute walk to palace. Accommodations were very nice.

The lady at the front desk had to do some checking and corrected this for us but it is annoying that one has to stand up for what was promised. If I had not been insistent, the hotel would have charged us and it was an expensive breakfast compared to other hotel breakfast charges.

clean, has wifi and wired lan in room. close to train station. perfect location. breakfast was good, many varieties, but no chicken, beef or turkey options, all pork. :( wifi was available, but speed was not good. even though its the enhanced wifi i chose, speed is adequate for email and chat only. room was quite cold first day, till i adjusted the temperature. then it was fine.

I would return, if the price remains the same as during our recent stay.

The hotel is just a minute away from the train station, and it is an easy walk to downtown. Ludwigsburg is a charming small city with everything Stuttgart has but on a smaller scale.

Hotel room is very small. Staff very friendly. The biggest issue is that the lower floors are so close to main roads that the traffic can be very noisy even with two layers of windows. Request higher floors to avoid having to listen to the traffic all night.
