Super nice stay with adorable staff! Breakfast is the best I've had!

Extra friendly and helpful staff. A bit more expensive than what we paid at our other accommodations during our trip but the extra money really meant added value.

Wonderfully friendly, helpful, friendly staff - always willing to assist with local information, meal suggestions and ready to talk. Beautiful, peaceful gardens with plenty of space to find a quiet corner (although the hotel itself has a 'low noise' policy). That said, there was a family staying while we were there with a toddler who were made to feel very welcome too. Would recommend to everyone.

The staff at Villemare is wonderful. They are so kind and friendly. They make you feel so welcome. It was a wonderful stay.

My husband and I lucked out in booking three nights in this charming small hotel in mid-May 2019 in the Fontane Bianche area of Siracusa. Our room opened onto a garden patio, and there were other garden sitting areas tucked into the landscaping and pool areas. The staff was extremely gracious and patient in helping us plan trips to nearby Marzamemi and Noto and the Siracusa archaeology park and museum, supplying us with maps and personal recommendations of not-to-miss neighborhoods. They printed a personal business document for us at no charge. The only downside was that restaurants in walking distance weren’t yet open for the season; luckily, the hotel restaurant serves dinner. Guests staying in the summer will have more dining options, and weather will be warm enough to enjoy the hotel’s private beach. We highly recommend this lovely hotel with its outstanding, winning staff.

Breakfast was also excellent, with ample supply of cappucino and creamy home-made yoghurt. Great choice of continental-style breakfast items and fresh juices. The garden is an oasis of peace and calm.

This lovely little hotel is quirky and charming and the staff are friendly and very helpful. I stayed early in the summer before their restaurant was open but they directed me to a lovely beachfront restaurant 10 minutes walk down the road. A very relaxing venue for a long weekend.

The position of the hotel - near a lovely beach - was perfect. The welcome and care from staff were warm and sincere. Breakfasts were fabulous. We were delighted with our four night stay there.

This is a quiet boutique like hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The food was very good and whilst we did try other restaurants in the area the hotel food was the best.The swimming pool was clean and very well maintained, and the gardens were very pleasant, quiet and plenty of sun loungers and seating. We went in June when not all of the resort was open, which did not affect our stay, but those looking for a more lively resort may be disappointed.Syracuse was about a 20 minute drive away for more restaurants and Ortigia was well with a visit.

For 12-15 euros you get 2 beach beds and umbrella for the entire day. You can also rent pedal boats and canoes. Hotel has a cute small pool. Everything is clean. Breakfast is above avarage

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff kind and helpful. The nearby lido was well appointed, good service and food.very good.

We really enjoyed our stay at VillaMare. Everything relating to the rooms and service was excellent and the garden setting was beautiful too. The food and service in the restaurant was the best of our trip in Italy. I would highly recommend this Hotel
