Nice hotel with amazing breakfast. Room was superclean. The street is a bit shady If you are walking around when it's park.

The reception staffs were nice. There was a confusion about the tag provided in the room. I was looking for Do Not Disturb tag first night, couldn't find one so I left out the one provided on the bed. The tag says, "The best carbon footprint is the one we don't emit. I participate by hanging the door tie on my bedroom door before 8 am." I wasn't able to realize it was supposed to be a "please clean my room" tag until I got disturbed 3 times in the day, and expected to change the towels on the second night but no one came to change. It was a misunderstanding but you could do better to make the door tie more clear.
Additionally, the hallway on ground floor was renovating, therefore some smells of paint and noise during the day was a little bit annoying.

Great hotel located in a great area..close to many stores and restaurants as well as a 15 minute walk from down town and near public transport.there is a coffee machine and a water machine in the lobby (however missing milk for coffee) staff are great located on a side street near a club ( but didn’t really get any noise from it) but it is a dirty street but not unsafe ..I did not feel unsafe just unpleasant to walk it. The bonus is there are shutters in the windows to minimize the noise and light into the room.
I would definitely stay there again

Lots of local restaurants and shops near by. The metro was easy to get to and royal palace was within walking distance.

Staff attitude is ok but not very helpful. Property facilities condition very questionable. The safety deposit box and telephone in our room were broken, reported to staff but still not fixed in our 3 days of stay.

The staf are amazing and the room is really nice.
There is , how ever, a very noisy ventilation system that u can’t switch off and is very noisy.
From 7 to 7 on.
And the pakking is not 24h open so if you are planing to come party and want to park ur car late at night , this might not be a good option for u.
If you don’t have a probably with this things , I definitely recommend this hotel.

The service in this hotel is supreme, everyone is friendly and go out of their way to help you. I was very impressed. Love the happy culture and will reserve with them anytime.

Kind reception, pretty good location, breakfast wasn't too bad. The room we got was in the basement with a tiny window and a huge pillar in the middle. TV was on adjacent wall rather than opposite to bed which was very diffcult to watch in the evening, addtionally no streaming services available. Booked a room with queen size bed, good two twin put together with two separate mattresses and a small topper which made it very uncomfortable in the middle. I get that 'every room is different' but I payed the same price so would expect same level of comfort and amenities

Although it is a 5-minute walk from a major posh shopping street, the immediate surrounding area is a little creepy after dark (dirty, dark, graffiti- and trash-covered). However, the hotel itself is bright and safe and clean. I didn’t interact much with staff but although a few were brusque, most of them (especially those late at night) were courteous and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and generous. The room I was in was compact but well appointed and perfect for my needs since I don’t expect or want frills. I ask for a comfortable bed with clean bedding, functioning and clean plumbing, and a sense of security. I got that. Once I got used to the street, I was very happy with my choice and will likely return the next time I am in the city.

The bathroom drain of the room was clogged and we could not take a shower. If we hadn't noticed, all the water from the shower would have filled the room and our belongings would have gotten wet.

Nice and comfortable stay in Brussels. The position is wonderful, near the center but not that crowded. The public transports are very close and well connected. Staff is kind and helpful. Wish the rooms were bigger, especially the bathroom. But all things considered, I had a cool experience. I definitivelly recommend
