The property was clean and the staff were excellent.

The property seemed to be at the edge of the city and currently that area is a bit dead. The furnishings in the room were basic and the carpet had bunched up in places

Good size apartment, comfortable beds and pillows. Location is great for Spark Arena.

Very basic furnishings, no cushions or pictures on the wall. No extra bedding. Windows were unable to be shut properly, quite noisy. Carpark is not onsite. Room was very cold when we arrived, heat pump took an age to get room warm. Over priced and doesn't look like photos.

The late checkout until 3pm for $30 extra.

The plug in the bathroom sink, couldn't undo it to let the water drain.

Local to the city only being a 10 minute walk max. The beds were super comfy, bathroom was a good size and had an android tv so can connect your phone.

Parking lot wasn’t under the hotel and had to lift suitcases up stairs.

Great location, walking distance to Spark Arena and Britomart. Comfortable room and bed. Plugs above the bedside tables were handy and a nice touch.

Parking was a little bit of a hassle having to go to reception every time to get a key card to exit, especially during check out when there were no cards available so we had to wait for someone to collect old ones. The fridge in our room also smelt really bad, thankfully we didn't need to use it for anything.

Our room was lovely. The staff were very helpful.

Issue with the swipe card and then the room lock. Took too long to resolve and unnecessairly made to wait. Should have been offered a different room immediately.

I liked the big sized room with a good view. Although there was a bit of wear and tear it was nice.

Could use with a bit more utensils and a welcome booklet thing with places to eat etc

The property contains a full kitchen and is located within walking distance of many Auckland sights. Parking is available in a nearby car park and the hotel can provide an access card for an additional cost. There are several great food options within walking distance.

The little light built into the wall drove me nuts and aircon was a bit noisy

L’emplacement était très pratique car proche du centre-ville et du quartier du port. La chambre était spacieuse avec un grand lit très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était bon.

Nous avons regretté l’absence de radiateur chauffant et de porte- manteau dans la salle de bain.

The location was wonderful. We walked to several excellent bars and restaurants. The bus and train system is also very convenient and the Spark Arena bus stop is right out front. The staff was exceptionally friendly, our room was comfortable with a great little balcony, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again.

Es gibt hier ein grundlegendes Problem mit der Sauberkeit. Das das Bad beim Einzug nicht ganz sauber war, ok. Auf Nachfrage hieß es dann Service gibt’s nur alle drei Tage. Wie man ohne Klobürste und ohne Service sein WC sauberhalten soll, konnte man nicht beantworten.
