Comfort ok and just for a overnight

Nice area, clean and quiet hotel, free shuttle to airport. Perfectly acceptable.

Bom custo beneficio, principalmente por ter transporte de hora em hora para o aeroporto. Próximo ao aeroporto de Guarulhos. Limpeza e conforto deixaram um pouco a desejar.

Very good location, walk to the park and lots of restaurants in the area, supermarket and rent a car right in front.The room needs some updates but is okay, very clean, people in the restaurant are very polite, clean and helpful.

The shuttle is very convenient and the room is clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very nice as well.

We called the hotel to find out where to meet the shuttle and find it fairly easily. We felt welcome and the room is comfortable.

It was a great place to stay with hourly shuttles to airport. The buffet breakfast was good. The room was great. Only thing that I didn't like was the design of the shower doors which made it hard getting into the shower and closing the glass door. (My best solution was to enter the shower and keep slight pressure on the door so that it didn't close.

Easy and free airport shuttle

I missed a flight and stayed here just to get some hours of sleep. The pillows are awful, really hard and bulky. Intenet is really poor, you need to go down to the lobby to get good connection. Their upside is their free shuttle bus to the hotel and backk to the airport,

Terrible in every aspects. I stayed in the hotel on a night stopover in Gruarulhos International Airport. The hotel is just about 5 meters (18 to 20 feet) from a heavily traveled road. This means if your room is located on the side facing the road (even numbered rooms overlook the road), forget any quiet time or sleeping at night. I was assigned one of these rooms on the third floor. The facility is old and not well-maintained, nor cleaned. Bath towels were discolored and no face towel in the suite. My worst experience was with the valet service. When I was about to check out, I requested that the valet attendant get my car. He told me to get the key to my car from the front desk. After checking out, I asked the front desk for the key, the individual told me to get it from the valet attendant. I went back to the valet attendant and he told me that I should get my key and car from the garage in the basement. When I got to the basement, I couldn't locate my car or where the keys are kept. The night valet attendant parked the car when I checked in the previous day. I had to go back upstairs and get the attendant. He came downstairs to show me where the car keys are kept (in an unlocked box) and where my car is. A motorcycle was parked in front of my car. The attendant had to return upstairs to get the owner/driver of the motorcycle, who happens to be the hotel manager on duty. I paid extra for the parking/valet services!!!

Its an old hotel building. Clean enough. Some of the front desk staff were not so friendly. 1 or 2 front desk staff spoke enlgish. One tv channel in english CNN International. The free breakfast was good. The airport shuttle can take awhile to pick you up from the airport. I had to catch a taxi to the hotel.

Booked this room last minute. They were quite helpful and polite. The only warning I have is that the Wi-Fi is more or less non-functional.

Short 15 minute shuttle to avoid SP traffic. Very good breakfast and clean facilities. Staff is friendly and multi-lingual.

The hotel is OK if you're only planning on staying there for a short time. The breakfast was a plus, but the wi-fi was terrible.

The hotel is about 10 minutes driving from the international airport, with free shuttle. It is very convenient. The restaurant is clean and they serve simple but well prepared food. The breakfast is included in the price and it is reasonable. Good option for one night stay due to long connecting flights.

The shuttle for pickup at the airport does not come every hour, which is inconvenient. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The room was cold given an open window in the hall outside that couldn't be closed and it was very loud outside, though likely due to the World Cup. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable.

Not much to write home about. Basic hotel, comfortable bed with clean sheets, soap and shampoo. We booked this as we thought it was close to the airport but it seemed to take forever to get to the hotel 15 minutes at least and that was late at night. Check in was quick and efficient and the staff spoke English. Breakfast was quite good. You needed to book the return drop off at the airport with the reception the night before to ensure there is a place for you. The hotel seemed a lot smaller than the pictures on the website and at first I thought we had been dropped off at the wrong place. Okay for one night.

The hotel is not very close to the airport. Shuttle bus is going every hour and forces you to leave too early for the flidht. Very noisy surrounding - pubs working with very loud music all night!

JUST FOR STAY ONE DAY ITS OK. ROOMS ARE VERY SMALL. INTERNET IS VERY SLOW. BEDS ARE NOT COMFORTABLE. THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY. FOOD IS REGULAR. LOTS OF RESTAURANTS NEAR THE HOTEL. YOU RECEIVE WHAT YOU ARE PAYING.

The staff was extremely helpful. The pictures on the website did not match the actual hotel, much smaller an in an industrial area.

This room was comfortable and to an extent clean. It is close to the airport GRU and my wife and I stayed there for about 8 hours while we waited for our connecting flight. The staff was friendly but the could not speak English - the food was eatable but not great. So our stay was mediocre - our impression was neither cold (negative) nor hot (excited) but luke warm (mediocre).

Hotel is too noisy, not only because of outside noise, but inside.

I went with my wife to a medicine congress and the hotel was really nice, but we had to sleep in a double room; small beds of course, but an excuse to be too close sleeping. Excelent breakfast, perfect location (less than three blocks to metro station) and perfect view; not a 5 just for beds...all other was perfect.
