Great place to rest

Standard accommodation. Parking is really sparse and think it’s ridiculous to charge £16 a night when already paying to stay there. Not having the room available for nearly an hour when checking in was really poor but breakfast was okay, bar was okay.

This is a great place to stay if you are travelling as great transport links. Nice meal in the evening and great breakfast which is included and starts early! Have stayed before and will stay again.

This hotel is excellent value for money. We have stayed here 4 times now and will stay again on our next visit to the UK. The complimentary breakfast is very good with something for everyone. The rooms are clean, comfortable and modern.

Everything was good!

It were well maintained and clean. Staff was helpful and above all we were very satisfied.

Far from the airport. No shuttle. Complicated to get around. Very simple amenities. Would defined not recommend it.

I was expecting it to be close to terminal 5 as advertised but had to get a local bus for £2.00 to the airport. Bus stop was close to hotel so wasn’t a problem but I really was expecting it to be walking distance but it took a good 30 minutes on the bus.

Very clean, modern, perfect.

The property is not conveniently located. It says T5, however it is not located in T5 as you would expect, it is 15mns drive from T5 and you have to catch a local bus, which does not drop you at the hotel but a few hundred yards from the hotel. That is very inconvenient when you have luggage.

Layover

My stay was good. The only issue was having a closed door that access other room, so we could hear all other room noise.

Felt like we are not a customer just a number Took some time to notice us at the front desk. No interest in our check in and xheck out. Out night was disturb with noise from next door

Lovely breakfast clean and nice room👌. Easy find space to car parking and charging each 24h 16 pound. Staff helpful and nice.

Good location and prompt service

Left at 4 am, was not offered a breakfast or hot drink to takeaway.

The room stank of old carpet and mold and there was no way to open the window.

We requested adjoining rooms, but the hotel weren’t aware when we called them the day before our check in. The receptionist said she would try to accommodate us, but could promise anything. When we arrived, we were pleased that we had adjoining rooms. That was above and beyond service for us. Thank you.

Wish you had transport from airport but I appreciated the paid van service to airport next morning.

I arrived late with 3 kids under 9 at the property. When I made the reervation picked the most expensive room with space for 4. One sofa and one double bed. It was past 11 pm when we arrived with 3 tired children after an international flight and spent 130 punds to get to that hotel with the thought that will be next to our other airport and will be convinent for flights the day after. The frint desk claimed they do not have the room available, instead laced us i a smaller room with 2 single beds and insisted we purchase another room at the price of the expensive room we reserved when in reality they provided 2 rooms with tiny beds- not what we rezerved. They stated that the room we rezerved is no longer available and were not obliged to anounce us about it before hand as the rezervation was made through a 3rd party-Expedia. Then proceeded to say that if we need a place for tonight they can provide another room at the cost we already paid for the first room. However we got a large bed and a sofa at first, but what they offered was the cheapest version at the highest price. I just paid the price as one child was rolling on the floor in a tantrum, and other was sleeping.

The hotel markets itself as being at T5 when in reality it is 3km away. Which would be fine if that was communicated along with a bus guide to help travellers get there. I emailed them and they got back to me two days later and never answered my question. I took a taxi which charged me the fixed price of 30 pounds, meanwhile a public bus goes directly from the terminal stops there in about 10 minutes and cost 1 pound. The hotel itself is nice and clean with a friendly staff and a great breakfast. They just need to be more upfront about the location and easy inexpensive ways to get there.

Food was sub par. Yet expensive. Better to get a sandwich across the road at M&S.

Perfect stay to catch our flight next day. Taxi charges 30 Pounds to get here, I suggest getting an uber from T5 for half that.

The hotel is good for layovers, but getting there from the airport is a bit confusing. Although it says its only 3.4 miles from the airport, however the airport bus on T5 no longer goes there. As such, I had to pay 30 pounds for Taxi!
