Wasn't no luxurious hotel, but did provide everything I needed. 15-20 min to Downtown. It was a comfortable stay , and the price was right for what it was.

The bar was a huge plus. Room was big and manager was extremely nice and helpful

Mike was amazing! Staff very friendly attends to all my needs and help with questions! Nice hotel with a pool, workout things and the breakfast buffet ‘ would go back to visit. Just a small musty smell in my room

I see roaches on the bar and in my room. Some of them fly. People knocked on my door frequently which was a bother because I was there working nights and interrupted my sleep.

Amazing staff and nice bar on site. Felt safe and was very quiet. Price was a lot cheaper than other not so great properties. Definitely going back.

This hotel was perfect for a two night stay, the room was comfortable and clean. The pool is open until 10 and very relaxing breakfast and a bar on site. Close proximity to downtown at least in my opinion 20 maybe 30 min with traffic.

Nice place, staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. We have stayed at this location last year and it has really improved the appearance and quality of our stay.

The manager was very friendly and helpful as was the staff. There is a bar/restauant at the facility and the food was very good. There is much construction going on outside so it's messy. You have a lot of long-term residents there which may not appeal to some people as many walk around in sleepwear.

Older property but improvements being made. Our room was an updated one and it was extremely comfortable and clean! The staff and manager are very friendly and helpful. Had an ac problem with the firs room but was quickly moved to another. We will be staying there adain.

From the moment I entered the lobby they treated me like family, especially Mike their mngr.he personally showed me to my room & even gave me a hand with my luggage.

This is an old hotel which used to be a holiday inn with a resort feeling. Brewskis is pub for the locals. I stay here when I have business in the area. Sometimes you get your average nut cases and loud mouths but if you are mature you can probably deal.

Great option at Houston , the hotel has some years but very clean , green areas, good space in room, very confortable bed, it has a bar!! A large bar where thursday might is karaoke and friday with DJ, very good service . We were 3 persons mt wife , my son and I

The service was great and good breakfast . The room was clean and comfortable . Its a little older hotel but everything was in working condition and for the price it was great . Management really made the effort to ensure my stay was a good one . Will say there again

Best hotel with this price in Houston!

The staff was amazing ! The manager allowed us to check in early , worked through any issues and was just incredibly pleasant . I hope the property owner continues to invest in the property and the team because this was probably the best customer service I have ever seen.

Always have a wonderful experience at Green Tree. Staff is wonderful, the security is awesome, and i gotta give a shout out to Mike who runs the place. Always making sure that we have the best stay possible. And their complementary breakfasts is awesome. Only hotel ill ever stay at if im in the area. See you soon Mike.

Good value find. Mike the manager was super friendly and would check in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed and were satisfied with our stay. Staff is also super friendly. Breakfast was tasty, fresh, and had lots of veggie friendly options. There is a bar on premises which is open till 2 am. Downtown Houston is 20-30 mins drive. Parking is free at this hotel with security monitoring/securing the premises after midnight. Rooms were clean and spacious. The pool wasnt open but it was because it was rainy and a bit chilly. The pool area is very pretty with a lot of grass and surrounded by palm trees which I would imagine would be very enjoyable in the summer! This place is a good value for the money and would highly recommend for the skeptical!

Manager and staff are great a free drink in the bar at night.

Owners and management went above and beyond during my stay. Breakfast was good. Would stay again.

Good, quiet, cheap, clean, not bad for 55$ per day. Great if you are on a trip to Houston for couple of nights.

I've stayed here multiple time and plan to stay again. Great value on over-the-counter sales and bar.

The front desk clerk was very sweet. The amenities were so cool the mr loved the complimentary beer! The room was so clean and smelled so good and my favorite was how comfy the bed was!! 10 out of 10 for sure!!
