Staff was absolutely accommodating, friendly and they went above and beyond to make us feel
Like home. I will highly recommend this property to all visitors. Especial recognition to Gemma and Jesus for their outstanding service and dedication to make our vacation a dream come true.

Very comfortable and clean room. Distant location from any restaurant or shopping. Free breakfast buffet at the hotel, no lunch served, limited food options for dinner at the hotel since not all foods listed are actually available. Not really walkable.

Great stay. The wifi service was not that good from the room but the staff was great, room had everything we needed.

Positives: Family room was very big with 2 good sized bedrooms and large social area.
Negatives: hotel was grubby and in need of a massive clean. Breakfast was poor. 2 bedroom had a very small double. A guy who checked in before us was complaining about this. Room on had 3 towels for a four person room. Additional towels promised but not delivered by reception. I’ve been to many Mercures in France and Portugal and this was the worst.

Big familyroom with fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Bathroom a little old. Big gym , free of charge. Good parking options.
Miserable internet! Should be fixed!
Overall, ok, good starting point for excursions to Gibraltar and Morocco.

Property is looked a bit tired and old corridors etc were dirty. Room was clean and neat and the room we were in had a new bathroom. Nevertheless still clean and comfortable.

Toilet did not work! No other room for me, said to use the bathroom in the lobby? New room next day, smell of smoke, told hotel was non smoking. Staff are not nice, maybe management is a problem? Reina Christina down the street is always a better choice!

Good hotel, fairly new.. Clean and covers the basics for a good night sleep, clean comfortable bed and decent size bathroom. Good location. Expensive parking though

Persons on the reception should not be sitting on the dining table talking to the cleaning lady while guests are waiting for check out.

Rooms are clean and as such acceptable. The problem is... The breakfast. Very very poor quality. I suspect that the pastry is being heated again and again.
Coffee is near undrinkable.

I stayed 9 days at this hotel for bussiness and leisure. It is on a good location to access main attractions within walking distance, on a main road, but traffic or nose are not issues. Room was clean, but some lights were not working. Wifi works perfectly and hotel staff is always nice and helpful.

Restaurant offered only one item on the menu due to alleged renovations. On my second day, I fell thanks to a flimsy rug in front of the reception area and I am still suffering from pain throughout my body. They did not offer medical treatment and they simply gave me some ice. Internet was sketchy, they did not have tourist information and the one restaurant they recommended did not have adequate parking.

Only three star hotel. Clean but old and dated. Asked for iron and after two days still haven't got it. Staff speaks little English. Had an apartment with kitchen but kitchens poorly equipped also no soaps in the bathroom. Even after the daily cleaning they haven't added soap. Overall ok but area not to be recommended only for the beach. Other than that nothing else to go to or see.

Had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to help us. The food at the restaurant was very reasonable and tasty. The room over looked the pool and was huge with comfortable furnishings. The location was great over looking the Mediterranean Sea. Will definitely return again next year.

Stayed for a week and had an excellent experience. All staff very friendly and accommodating. Excellent value, including breakfast and lunch which were also good value. Absolutely brilliant gym which my husband made good use of. Close enough to walk to all the most important places. In summary I would definitely stay here again.

This a good, basic hotel with helpful/friendly staff. Pluses: health club/gym on site, no-charge parking in fenced lot next to hotel, adequate breakfast, friendly staff. The location for us was ok (walking distance to old town and pathway along the beach), but not good for visiting gibraltar. For visiting gibraltar without a lot of hassles (or paying A LOT for a cab) I would stay in La Linea or in Gibraltar.

No complaints about hotel clean and modern, would recommend. Location on the other hand, used as a base to see Gibraltar 10 - 15 minute walk to bus then 30 minutes on bus then 15 minutes to downtown Gilbraltar, so be in shape. Ageciras is a working class port city and looks it. Water front park in front of hotel over looks the port so no views and smells, but then its a port city so its to be expected.
