The hotel staff where really friendly and alert to your needs .had a good chill out break.will be going again met a lot of nice people.thank you all.

Hotel is clean but dated in parts. Man problem is when hotel is full there is not enough room in concert hall

Excellent visit, was our 1st time and really enjoyed it from start to finish..staff so friendly and helpful. Meals- wow!!....amazing choices...starters, main is served by waitresses and help yourself to starter and pudding...so much to choose, some night's we had just starter and pudding. Breakfast..help yourself from cooked ,cereals, fruit and toast. All drinks free as all inclusive. Rooms we had a standard twin single...bathrooms were ok in size. Fresh bedding and towels daily..more if you require. Extra blankets, only one lift and lots of stairs. Entertainment in day if you don't want to go outside. On the seafront so beautiful views. Entertainment every night- bingo, comedian and then singer ...of the 5 night's we stayed, each act was excellent. Staff so friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go again. Would definitely recommend. Met some lovely people, we were glad no kids that week, as we both needed a break and holiday which was extremely great.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. All inclusive was a lovely touch. The mattress was very soft so was not good for my back. The bathroom is a tight fit so not good for anyone that is disabled. Other than that everything else was brilliant. We didn’t take part in the evening entertainment as had other things booked but hopefully next time we will be able to as it sounded great.

Excellent Service, food, hospitality.. Just 1 thing lacked, was the mattress, too soft, kept falling off the bed.. Excellent stay overall

The room was small but comfortable and clean. The food was very good - both the buffets and the plated main course dinner. Our young server Jake was very hard working and efficient. One problem was there isn't enough seating in the ballroom for the evenings entertainment. Overall though an enjoyable stay and will definitely return.

First point of reference.reception.the staff were excellent,helpful with a warm smile.made our stay so good.

The Claremont dose what it says on the tin good clean fun for all ages, lots of nice food , good entertainment ,rooms probably need updating but cleaned every day with clean towels, car parking a big issue for me

The out side of the property could do with a good clean and painting. A few staff members in the restaurant need retraining in customer Service.the bar staff are amazing all lovely

Very friendly staff, evening entertainment was very good.But by far the best thing about the Claremont is the Magnificent array of food they provide.Hand on heart it was the best food I've ever had. We went All inclusive & the choice of alcohol was really good. Would stay here again Definitely.

We had such a brilliant stay we extended it. Our room was very small when we arrived but the staff on reception changed it straight away. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The food is excellent and plenty of it. We had stayed here before covid . This was our first time since then . We strongly recommend this hotel. Friendly helpful staff. It’s all inclusive and there is entertainment every night. Book into this hotel and have a great time. We will definitely be booking again. Absolutely fantastic stay

Hotel was good but too busy , not enough seating in bar area and only one bar . Food ok but not great . Toilets are downstairs so not convenient Entertainment was great and drinks very good

We stayed in a lovely side sea view room. Looked like it had been newly decorated. Bathroom is clean but really old fashioned and trying to get in and out of the bath to have a shower is scary. The one thing that was disappointing this stay was the gluten free meal for my husband who is coeliac. What was supposed to be lamb Henry was cubes of processed lamb looked a bit like dog food to be honest. The restaurant manager who in the past has been excellent did say that the lamb had been cut into cubes and offered a substitute but when it came it looked awful. My husband who is not a fussy eater sent it back because it was freezing cold. When it came back the meat was lukewarm although the rest was hot. He couldn’t eat it and told the young waiter who himself said it looked awful. It’s a shame as he has been so well looked after in the past

Overall stay was good but one or 2 issues Food really good - only problem was half hour delay on 1st night for main course Entertainment was ok - terry cotta excellent as usual But Lennie Anderson wasn't funny - we left when he started swearing in front of kids - said fxxk off then apologised He also took mickey out of a lady with a walking frame - lady was upset and said she wouldn't return to Claremont

Great Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. The food is very good I just love the buffett breakfast. I have stayed here quite a few times and never had any problems. Shame the swimming pool as been out of action since Covid, I do miss not having this facility. On the whole a very nice hotel little bit dated in some areas but clean and well mangaged.

Check in was quick we had an upgrade to bay window view which was worth it good here was really good bar staff very quick and friendly so overall we had a excellent stay would highly recommend The Claremont

Great time again lovely hotel. The only downfall was the entertainment on the evening the vocalists were not very good ,not up to the standed as before . But lovelt weekend .

I requested a low level room due to being disabled, I got a room on the third floor which was quite a walk up and down stairs this was quite a struggle for me would of been bette close to a lift. The room was also very hot which was uncomfortable

Food was good choice, you have to get your own coffee and toast now, but not a problem. Had a nice big room, but the beds are in need of new mattresses. Entertainment each night, nice to see two new singers. I wish people would not sit in the entertainment room if they just want to talk. The sofa’s in the window near the bar has seen better days. But still has a good time.
