Hotel was super nice positioned in the very centre of the city, and a great view however I would really recommend the hotel to always have employees in their restaurant that understand English as the miscommunication was quite extensive.

Lia and the staff at the restaurant were wonderful. She even found a dressing I liked and researched where I could buy some for myself after I left the hotel. The test of the staff was wonderful as well.

Small, exquisitely-kept boutique hotel… you can also grab a well worn book during your stay (bunch of “easy read” novels available on common areas and your own room), views of the bay are second to none, food is a “high point”, ALTO restaurant offers a hearty breakfast buffet, top notch lunch and dinner with Italian-Mediterranean fusion theme, awesome overall, we’ll be back.

This hotel was absolutely the perfect boutique hotel! The hotel grounds and landscaping are amazing, the view overlooking the ocean is breathtaking and the location is absolutely central too all amazing restaurants and shopping. Service from every single employee is above and beyond atittude which is amazing to see. I cant wait to go back

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. And they also have English speaking staff, so if you don’t speak Portoguese that is no problem. The room i had was with a tub. The room has a good size and is of a high standard. The pool area is great with a beautiful view of Buzios. The resturant is also a place i recommend going by. This place is well worth the money!

Staff is excellent! The restaurant has a beautiful view and the food was incredible. I recommend the restaurant because every dish was incredible. It is a small hotel so limited seating in the sun. The only negative was the WiFi in the room and went in and out will on property.

The hotel was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was of high quality and the 3 dinners I had in the hotel dining area were some of the best meals in Búzios. The drinks were well made. One of the best parts of this hotel are the views. The room was constantly cool and easy to set to whatever preference you may have. The only complaint I could think of for someone would be the walking distance to the beaches, but that wasn't a problem for us and Uber is readily available in buzios. I would highly recommend this hotel based on the quality of the service provided, the view of the area, and the overall tranquility of the hotel environment.

Our stay at Vila D’este was spectacular. The service is beyond five stars; everyone goes above and beyond to make your stay as wonderful as possible. A very sincere and special thank you to Marcos and Omar at the reception desk, as well as Perecyles and Rodnei at the breakfast buffet. They and the rest of the staff did their best to accommodate any of our questions or requests and helped make our stay extra special. The location of the hotel is perfect…nestled on top of a small cliff giving panoramic views, yet still very convenient and right next to the center of town. There are a number of fantastic restaurants within a minute’s walking distance (including the food at the hotel). The property is maintained meticulously and feels like a tranquil piece of paradise. We’d give this hotel far more than five stars if we could, and we look forward to coming back. Thank you for an amazing holiday!

Lovely boutique hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious and the view from the restaurant is amazing. The heated pool on the second floor was a lovely way to watch the sunset and relax in the evening before dinner!

Fantastic hotel and service! George at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. We booked 5 nights but extended our stay with additions 4 nights as We loved our stay.

Great hotel, very well maintained and with stunning views over the Bardot Orla. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was amazing! We had a very pleasant stay. The only downside, if any, is that the hotel has no parking space nor arranged any partnership with parking garages in the area

The location was convenient to the central area. The staff was fantastic. I appreciated their suggestions. I was a solo female traveler and felt safe at the hotel and walking around the area. The food at the restaurant was good. The views was the best part of each day. Have a glass of wine and enjoy the beautiful sunset.

We stayed at vila d’este for a couple nights and the experience was wonderful. The entire staff was friendly and very helpful, the rooms were amazing, the view from the deck and lower pool are to die for, and breakfast is wonderful.

From the Bridget Bardot statue a steep 30 step staircase takes you to this lovely boutique hotel with gorgeous views of the water from the two poolside decks as well as the restaurant. Our room was not large but included a king size bed and a deck looking over the water. The hotel offers a number of neat rooms that take advantage of the views from its perch high above Buzios. It is just a short walk to the centro or to the beaches.
