Stayed here 2 nights in Oct 2023. Hotel was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the location as we could walk to all top activities. Staff was very friendly and useful. Breakfast was great ! I recommend this hotel for tourists in Toledo. No on-site parking.... but large public parking nearby.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us with trains and taxis. The area is great for walking and very near to the alcazar. A taxi cannot drop you off at the door since it’s on a very small street. Be prepared to roll your bags but not too much. The rooms were clean and although small and a little outdated it didn’t matter to us since we were out most of the day. They don’t have a fridge and the tv is small but we didn’t care. Lovely place to stay.

This is not 3 star. This has no roof terace This has no outside or inside terace or comunal areas The tv is 14 inch not 22 We only had 1 towel between 2 people, they did give a second eventually

The hotel was great, everything that we needed. Clean and quiet and located close to the sights we wanted to see. Great hotel we would stay again.

Liked the location , hated the size of room for 4 people.

We were 3 staying in the same room, the main bed was very good but the other two beds the mattresses weren’t good at all, the springs were so bothering in the body, I could feel every spring in my back or when I slept on my side, I am not that tall, 5.7” and my feet were hanging :( Hotel was incredibly well located though :)

Once you found the hotel,very difficult first few tries as no one knew where it was,the location was very central to the old City.

Clean, bright, good sized rooms. Great location to the centre of town.

The hotel part was great - well organised, clean, efficient and all round very professional. What made this stay speciaI was that I had an old tooth problem which decided to break and required emergency dental care - not only did they call a great (and cheap) dentist, the receptionist actually walked with me to the dentist - getting lost in Toledo old town is an occuptional hazard even for the locals - introduced me, translated for and made sure everything was ok. I ended up checking out a little late as a result of all this with no questions asked.... I don't recommend you go breaking your teeth, but if you do I recomend you do it when you are staying at this hotel... I was really well looked after when I needed it most.

This is a great hotel with a fantastic location for seeing historical Toledo. The hotel was very clean and our room was very nice. The beds here were super comfortable and we slept great. The location is probably the best feature of the hotel because you are a short or reasonable walk from all of the major sites. You are also close to public transportation of all kinds. A couple things to keep in mind: first, the description says all rooms have a balcony but we only had a window; second, the breakfast is good but fairly basic compared to some other hotels we’ve stayed at in Spain. All in all though this is a great place to stay and I definitely recommend it.

This hotel is perfectly located. Everything is within walking distance. The two twins beds in-one was horrible. It would be better to make a one king bed or queen size.

Window faced interior looking at other windows. Needed to keep curtains closed for privacy. Everything else really good. Breakfast excellent.

Like: location in the centre of the old town. Didn't like: the room was dark, one window opening onto a sad inner empty courtyard, no view, little light. No control on the heating in the room.

Room 5. Musty smell from some water damage on the wall.

It was way over priced for the amenities provided.

Difficulty trying to recover money’s being charged twice!

Good location in proximity to everything although the customer service wasn't too great. The linens didn't feel fresh and the room had a stale smell. We only stayed 1 night so it did the job but if we come back for a longer stay we'll definitely look for something else.

The hotel is located in a small street next to the square, if you are driving google map would possibly bring you to somewhere which is too narrow to drive through, and the best option would be getting through from the Museum (museo del ejercito). We are the only guest staying in the hotel, and is an usual old fashioned hotel that you would find in this ancient city.
