A wonderful experience and I would suggest visiting this location. The bar, pool, spa and staff were wonderful. Btw… have afternoon tea there.

Customer service by the staff was great. Friendly and helpful. Oliver, who works in the lobby was wonderful. Great location. Common areas of the hotel were well maintained and clean. However, cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Carpets were stained and the room was not properly cleaned. Expected more from a Waldorf.

Great staff!

We enjoyed our stay at the Waldorf Astoria. The hotel was kept clean by housekeeping every day of our stay. I wanted to mention a couple issues, we requested to change rooms because the assigned room’s A/C was broken and couldn’t be adjusted or turned off. In the new room the bathroom door was stuck and would not close. However, none of these issues will have an impact on our future stay. The staff was extraordinary. Special thanks to Zurith at reception and Lily at concierge, you made our stay memorable. We will certainly be back!

Our room had a beautiful terrace amidst the cityscape. The staff were lovely and attentive.

Easy to walk to dinner or drinks, staff was great- everyone! Short Uber ride to many areas.

Loved the hotel. We stayed one night in another hotel and it was BAD.. headed straight to the Waldorf and thank goodness! So much better. Clean, beautifully appointed, wonderful staff and service, lovely pool and hot tub. Perfect visit. Definitely recommend!! The only place to stay in PC!

Staff was very nice however expected hotel to be more updated considering name. If you're looking for updated rooms and hotel I recommend Hilton Panama as 1st choice which is a 5 minute walk. Overall not a bad hotel.

This place was beautiful and the staff was outstanding really made us feel welcomed. They even offered to walk us to dinner as the place was kind of hidden and difficult to find.

Fav: Free breakfast Buffett spread for entire stay(diamond member) and the champagne happy hour. Opportunity: Pool was cool even though sun was beaming and hot tub never was hot.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Waldorf. I have always wanted to stay at a Waldorf and finally got a chance while traveling with a friend to Panama. It’s centrally located within walking distance to various restaurants so you will have a variety of options. My room was spacious and had an amazing city skyline view. The food at Peacock Alley was delicious and the decor was lively. I enjoyed lounging by the pool on the hot days and sipping on a cocktail. The staff is wonderful at this location and they helped to make our stay lovely. Special thanks to Lille, Alejandro, Isabella and front desk team for being so helpful and hospitable. And we loved the Valentine’s Day cookies, they were very tasty! I would recommend staying here as it’s a beautiful hotel in the heart of the action, but enough distance to have quiet time to relax.

The staff were helpful and kind. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable! We enjoyed the restaurants the hotel staff recommended very much!
