I had trouble with the heating system. I couldn’t get the room warm. Staff were very helpful. But I think issue is with insulation not the heater. The bathroom had a small window, but no heater, so it was always very cold.

We thought Warren House was a beautiful place. The building is beautiful with a great atmosphere. The complementary bottle of wine was an unexpected bonus and it was very drinkable. The standard double room was large and cosy. We had a mini fridge and coffee machine which is great. The staff were lovely, they brought up our wine and brought extra coffee and milk. We used the pool, which is an ok size,it was quiet and views of the gorgeous walled garden.
Points to make the stay better would be a bath where the bath sized shower was and hand soap dispensers instead of the soap bar that gets thrown away after a few uses. But minor things really.

Lovely large room and refurbished bathroom with shower over the bath. Only stayed 1 night and didn't have any meals. Nice location and very close to Richmond Park for a walk.

Warren House is a beautiful property, kept very clean, with attentive staff. We enjoyed the food as well. The room was a bit cramped but that may be the standard for London.

Lovely stay, the hotel was very quiet though so atmosphere was lacking in the public areas. I had the pool to myself this morning!

The grounds and hotel are amazing; clean, quiet and relaxing. The staff go above and beyond with a smile. I’ve left off a star because the coffee and service in the room was lacking so I had to go in search of milk and tea bags.

It was just what we needed for the night, and the room was a decent size. The staff were friendly, and there were good amenities. Our room was on the ground floor in one of the annexes and we could hear anyone walking upstairs, which was a small niggle with it being such an old building, or if you're a light sleeper.

A lovely hotel that seems to be getting improvements in the restaurant with a new build area. This didn't effect our stay at all. The staff are really friendly and the Breakfast was at a good quality. Our room overlooked the patio and fountain within the garden.

We were only here for 2 nights and we had a fine time. Plenty of quirky touches for an old hotel, more interesting than a chain. Everyone we interacted with was perfectly delightful! Give the food a pass and eat at one of the many cute pubs in the area.

It’s an excellent historical house with new revocation. A very special experience to stay as a hotel. However the area is remote and it must have rental car for transportation. Gym and pool are tidy but gym don’t have dumbell and pool is small, but it is already luxurious to have gym and pool.

Don’t understand what VIP Access is - certainly weren’t treated like VIPs! No help at checkin with our luggage. We weren’t there long enough to use experience the facilities / restaurant.

Warren house is an exceptional stay whether for 1-2 nights or longer. There is easy access from 2 directions and is conveniently located within 30 minutes of LHR. You can also access multiple rail services into and around London from Richmond station. The property itself is historic and has a clean yet old vibe. The rooms are appropriately sized. A double and twin were plenty room for 2 adults and a toddler. Warren house is highly recommended if you need to stay in the greater London area but not in city center, especially if you are driving.

Chaotic check-in.No one on duty at the front desk in the afternoon.Waited a long time when someone finally appeared and took my payment.I was assigned a small room in the attic of the annex, a distance from the actual hotel.The room was under the eves and consequently extremely hot.There was a ceiling fan but I was informed this was for decoration only and not working.Lots of staff running around but without actual purpose.

The hotel is in a beautiful building, in a great, quiet location, just a short walk from Richmomd Park. Our room was clean, tidy and nicely equipped. Though warm, the Air Conditioning was effective and, unusually, quiet enough to sleep with it on. Staff were attentive and the bar and restaurant nicely decorated. On a beautiful evening, the Patio was a great place to sit for a quiet drink. We didn't eat in the restaurant but breakfast was excellent.

Great hotel, out of the way but got a bus stop at the top of the road that can get you into the city in half an hour, the food was great, service was amazing and they were even kind enough to let us leave the car in the car park (which is no change) on the day of checking out to go and explore Richmond park

Great place to stay, great facilities will definitely stay again.
The only thing I'd say to be aware of is the cost of the food and drink, as nice as it is£40 for a chicken Kiev and some mash is extreme.
