Incredibly helpful, friendly & accommodating staff. The property itself exceeded my expectations - very cool restaurant and bar with a great vibe. Nice room which was more spacious than a typical NYC hotel room.

This was a college drop off and everything was fantastic but the in-room snacks were too organic. Regular snacks would have been appreciated and consumed!!

was charged for our French Bulldog a one night stay, despite the "pet friendly" notation in description! This charge is hidden on the Hotel.com app, it took the desk clerk a few hours to find it as he flagged me down in lobby before dinner!!!

I have stayed at this hotel a few times but for some reason the stay this time was so horrible. I had a mix up with check in which the staff was so nice and accommodated me in another room. Unfortunately that room had no fridge like the entire fridge was gone and there was no chair to put your stuff on. Be careful also leaving things behind you may never see it again.. I don’t know if I want to come back to be honest

I had an amazing experience! The service is outstanding I’m in love with the style of the room and 10/10 for the TV having Netflix !! Anything you needed there was no hesitation from staff. Everyone was so nice and helpful also the location is so convenient to get around. I would definitely be coming back!

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and overall I always have a good experience. The pros on this trip were the staff was very helpful in assisting me with a filling issue with Expedia, I had accidentally been charged twice for the same room, and threw out my stay. The staff addressed me by name. The cons were, as usual, the room was minuscule, the bath linens, and bed linens. Both were frayed there was a hole in the bath sheets, and, the Mann at the front desk is never there, and the door doesn’t open automatically and it’s quite heavy, so they should really have him stand at the front door and open the door rather than stand at the front desk and gossip with the other people talking.

Had one night stay. Location was fantastic, I had an appointment one block away. Room was very nice, small but had everything I needed. Front desk staff was really pleasant, helpful and accomodating. Used the valet for parking. Convenient.

Service was not good. They didn’t clean the room first day and we asked couples times. We requested coffee cups recipients many times and the last day we got them.

Great property and I would stay again. Some of the finishes in the room have a little wear, but the room was spotless, roomy, and had a great little courtyard. People were awesome. Excellent breakfast & coffee.

Housekeeping was basically nonexistent. Failed to clean room one day until evening. Did not clean room thoroughly. Provided only one bathrobe for room reserved for two guests. Removed bathrobe without replacing half way through visit.

Great design. Nice staff. Cool bar. Surrounded by poorly managed part of the city with homeless people and the smell of urine in the street. If I didnt have to be here I would not come. But the hotel is a gem.

for the second time this year, there is a problem with the windows. First time, they would close fully. Second time, water came inside the room from the window.
