Very basic hotel. Very basic breakfast but male staff not very helpful. Had a tiny bit of toilet paper in room and toilet not very clean. Would not stay there again or recommend to anyone.

We arrived after the reception was closed, which was ok since it's meant to be 24/7 and got a confirmation of this via email previously. Upon arrival, the automated machine wouldn't deliver the room card so I went inside and called the number for emergencies. After a few attempts and 30min wait, the hotel "receptionist" for emergencies was shouting from the window at me and asking 3 times if I used the machine, of which I had to repeat that it wasn't working. He was extremely rude and still charged me for city tax a 3rd time even though I already paid at the machine twice (which went through). Overall a stressful stay, appalling customer service and a place you should avoid.

Arrived to find that they had allocated our pre-booked room to someone else. It took an age for them to work out how to give us a different room. Once we were in bed we tried to log-in to the wi-fi and it would not recognise our name and room number so clearly they had not entered our new room booking on the system

Smallest room ever. Fire alarm went off & no direction from staff assuming we would know who was staff.
Gate coding was poorly placed, have to get out of car,.search for it & then hope you get back in your before it closes.

In business park so not brilliant area. Hotel did not communicate despite request for late check in. If it hadn’t been for other travellers we wouldn’t have been able to access hotel I’d room. Breakfast very basic

Surprisingly good breakfast. Late arrival was warned that it would be unmanned machine to unlock gate not working. Luckily more savvy people found out that reception was manned so was able to park. Very friendly staff.

I was unable to book in to the hotel! Despite trying to contact them several times before travelling to inform them of my late arrival. I was further delayed by the ferry being two and a half hours late. Again I tried contacting the hotel to inform them of this without success. When arriving at the hotel the automatic book in machine didn't recognise my name or booking confirmation number! I was locked out! I contacted Expedia and they had exactly the same lack of success contacting the hotel and eventually had to find a different hotel for me.

The stay was fine once we new how to check in (no one on the desk) need a light above the check in machine if they are going to continue that way of checking in (not suitable for everyone). The hotel was fine apart from that. The hotel was fully booked so would have thought they could afford someone on the desk.

For the price, this is a great place to stay. The room and bathroom is small, feeling more like a dorm room with no frills, but it is clean and pleasant, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The lady that checked us in was extremely friendly and efficient. We arrived later in the evening when dining options were limited, and she provided a good recommendation not far away for dinner. It is easy to find if you're traveling by car. It is conveniently located close to everything we wanted to see in Normandy. For the price, it is a clean, pleasant place, and I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.

Stayed 1 night after arriving late at Ouistreham. A bit difficult to find due to insufficient street lighting but it’s in an area still being developed.
Modern hotel with plenty of parking.
Reception was still manned at 10 pm. Extra pillows supplied by friendly receptionist.
Room clean and warm with plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed.
Breakfast at 5 euros each was good value.
There is a restaurant 2 minutes walk which gives guests a 10% discount. Others in the area.
Overall, would recommend as a stop over to/from ferry or for visiting the Mémorial.

There was no staff to help after 10pm. We booked two rooms together and our rooms were on separate floors.
The sink in one room was clogged so we could not use it for our whole stay. There was no staff to help till the next morning to fix it. Also one room was adjoining to another so it was very loud and the person in the next room was very loud very early in the morning yet again there was no staff to speak to about it. Horrible experience

Rooms were clean and basic but comfortable. Nice big beds and good showers. No kettle etc but machine in the reception. We took our own travel kettle etc having learnt before!
We paid €5pp for breakfast which was OK but no pastries, just breads and cereals etc.

Clean room and quiet hotel with restaurants at walking distance.

Horrible. Window was left open so there were bugs in the room when we got there. Air conditioner dripped all night and leaked to the point it left a huge puddle at the door. Was told that some condensation is normal - that was not some and that they are not going to do anything about it. They don't provide hand soap so you have to go into the shower to get the liquid soap on the wall. Had the DO NOT DISTURB sign on door but they came into the room while we were not there and left the door ajar where anyone could have entered and taken our stuff. There was no hair dryer either.and the WIFI was unuseable!!

The room and the bathroom were clean, but really small and basic, not even a hair dryer. The shower didn't have a screen or door, resulting in flooding, with gondolas not provided. The cleaning staff managed to clear all the water every day though, which was good. No voiles on the curtains, so if you are facing the offices, as we were, you will have to shut the night curtains or have the neighbours witness your every move. We found the breakfast on offer unappealing, so we preferred to get our breakfast stuff from the organic shop down the road, which had very nice food. Good restaurants nearby. Not everybody at reception is well-trained to deal with customers.

Satnav found hotel without difficulty although in a slightly dark remote corner approaching from ferry port. We had a top floor end room which according to the map of rooms was slightly larger than most. Bathroom excellent, no soap or hairdryer though latter was available from reception if you left your passport! Quiet night, excellent sleep didnt bother with breakfast as was starting long drive down to Spain. Would use again on return trip. Just needed extra pillows as the one each provided was not enough.
