Had an amazing stay here. The Hotel was central to all visitor attractions and bus station just a short walk away. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. We had a small issue with air-conditioning not working but it was soon rectified. The breakfast choices were amazing and staff so friendly and helpful. Would definately recommend this Hotel.

We booked because the rooms had air conditioning but it did not work our entire stay. Room was 82 degrees.

Lovely place with lovely staff. I’m so pleased with my stay at Palazetto Madonna. We arrived at 12 noon and the staff greeted us with a pleasant smile and allow us to check in straight away as the room is ready although the check in time supposed to be at 3pm. He also gave us the ground floor room (room no. 3) which has the best view overlooking the canal. Couldn’t ask for more for my birthday trip. Definitely will come again.

Very quirky property. Lots of glass and gold. Bathroom difficult to use as had to go out of toilet and around bed to use sink or go through the shower. Air conditioning was preset to min of 23 degrees. Was so hot in the room with minimal airflow. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast had lots of great choices. The waffles and pancakes were made to order. Good coffee too. Enjoyed our stay. Loved Venice.

Excellent stay! From the arrival in the evening we recieved great hospitality. The gentleman in the reception was efficient and even showed us to our room. The room itself was classic yet modern, exactly what we were hoping for. Everything was clean and proper, not even water stains on the shower door. Going out into the evening rain, the same gentleman in the reception was quick to offer an umbrella. The next morning, the breakfast offered a lot of choices with coffee and eggs made after order. Check out was effective and hassle-free. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Fantastic place to stay. Close to the vaporetto and several excellent restaurants. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room that I reserved supposed to be suit. But it was to separate room that my husband actually had to sleep on the sofa in the other room. We asked if they can give us blanket then my baby, my husband and I can sleep on the floor together but they even did not have extra blanket. Also their elevator was so weird. We had to hold the button till we get to the level. I think they shouldn’t name this property the Hotel!

Excellent location, very charming venue with spacious bedrooms/ toilettes. Breakfast offered nice options including outdoor seating in a secluded orangine/patio quiet backyard. Service was very attentive

Amazing stay. Very nice personnel. Comfortable and wonderful breakfast… wonderful terrasse, great location with 2 min walk Vaporetto. Very nice restaurants… perfect to discover Venice for the first time.

My husband and I only stayed here for one night and it was every bit of perfect. The staff were very helpful, the room comfortable and clean. It was also in a quieter side of Venice and that was very nice.

Overall we were very impressed with our experience at the Palazzetto Madonna. Our only complaint would be the a/c. The hotel itself seems to control this so if you want your room to be colder you are out of luck.

We enjoyed our stay at the Palazetto Madonna. The room was very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The breakfast buffet in the morning was great. We initially made the mistake of walking from where the water shuttle dropped us off at San Marco square to the hotel. It took us 45 minutes as we kept losing connection to our navigation app. If I had called the hotel, I would have been told to take a water taxi to San Toma which is the closest spot to the hotel and would have saved me probably 30 minutes.

We loved our stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast! Highly recommended.

It was my 10 years anniversary, after asking them to decorate my room, they forgot, it was very disappointing

The room was very unique and comfortable the only complaint was that you could hear everything outside the room. We were next to the kitchen and close to the front desk, another area would have been perfect.

We were there for only 1 night, but it was a fine location. Room had hardly any outlets which was a challenge for 3 people with technology. Buffet breakfast had a big variety. It served its purpose and had interesting decor.

Very cool staff

We arrived at the hotel after long flight. We had no hot water unable to call customer service. We had to go there 2 o’clock in the morning gentleman came up and told us it was because. People were taking a shower. I said at 2 o’clock in the morning I am sure that many people are not taking the shower for the next couple days. Every time we went down there to say something they told us they would be working on it. Nobody dealt with the issue we were charged full price for the room and had no hot water the entire stay. Because every time the air-conditioning gets shut off once you pull out your room key. At no point did anybody try to rectify the situation? The amount of money you spent at this hotel you should at least have hot water.
