The room was in great condition, but the towels were so rough—very scratchy and thin. Just awful. And the $15 for parking seems ridiculous considering there were plenty of spots. How many people actually stay there without a car? Very few, I bet.

Stayed with my family ok hotel but not courteous no even a good morning or good bye from front desk. We stayed out all day on Sat came back around 6.30 pm no housekeeping . And they charge you extra for parking.

We loved this hotel, great breakfast and wonderful reception with appetizers and 2 free drinks per person.

My only complaint is my phone didn’t work my entire stay. It was very inconvenient and not safe, especially since I had my 90 year old Father with me.

Comfortable at its best. I should have booked my entire 2 weeks of visiting home in VA totally at Embassy Suites. The vibe was great meet new people having their retirement ceremony here and folks having their 60th birthday party. I was welcome at both events and the drinks were off the hook....my poor liver got hit hard.

Everything was amazing with this hotel. The metro system was 2.6 miles away from the hotel and easy to drive to. Highly recommend staying here.

The lobby, bar area, managers reception area, buffet area were all very spacious and comfortable and clean. The service at the front desk, even prior to checking in was great. The service from the bartenders and the wait staff was fantastic! Our room was very well appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. Even the microwave was fast and very clean. Loved Loved Loved this property and its staff.

Im sorry to say this but the hotel stuff they make my vacation horrible because the first day i arrive there with my kids they send two people my room and they told me im disturbing the hotel because of my kids are playing second i paid for this hotel more than $200 a day within one week they came one time to change the sheets and to clean up when i reserved this hotel i requested every day cleaning and the reception stuff O my gad they treated me like im there for free or like they giving me charity
