The hotel location was so central , and we had a room overlooking the walls . Easy to find and coffee bar nxt door. It does have a Spa , but disappointing!. A few things not working , and the maintenance team in there fixing issues for 30min. So not relaxing in the pool with staff in and out. Safe didnt work in our room, and when i mentioned it , they just said its broken !. No offer to repair it, change room etc. Also the toilet top seat was broken , a bottle full of fags on our balcony. So it was not the best 2 nights . It gets good reviews , but is let down by a flipant attitude of staff.

Lovely clean room and friendly staff. But I could not change the temperature in the room because the thermostat did not seem to work at all and so I had a sweaty night in bed. Lighting controls were weird too...had to walk to the front door to turn on room lights.
And in the restaurant, the staff was friendly...but my order of cod fish took 45 minutes to get to my table....and what they delivered was CHICKEN not cod. By that time I was too hungry to send it back. Won't stay here again.

The service from staff and front desk was not at all friendly or helpful, and particularly, gave bad information in the transport of our bags to our next destination, whereupon we never received them at all. This is entirely unacceptable and caused us a lot of undue stress and problems.

When we arrived, no one was at the desk. The cafe attached was a disorganized mess. My food never even was ordered. After my husbands food came out and was almost gone, I asked about my dish. And they said we are out of it. Thanks. There was supposed to be a pool, there wasnt. They had a whirlpool thats costs an addt 15 euro per person to use. A quick call to hotels.com fixed that. But the staff was rude to us after. The room was clean, and comfortable and the lication was great!

I had been looking forward to this hotel
Room 401 unfortunately is situated in the roof next to the lift machinery most important for room in a room the temperature the air conditioning wasnt working so the room was extremly hot and I didnt sleep all night it was not possible to open a window as it was a fixed velox window i had no view at all the hotel description lists a balcony?

I stayed here a year and a half ago and thought my stay was amazing but this time around it was very mediocre. Spent my second night in a hostel that was far better.
I asked for laundry service and the front desk said there is no dryer in the hotel. It was a very odd stay.
Even the balcony view of the cathedral is now blocked by the hotels personal banners.

The hotel is ok, but the room we got was next to the elevator. It was noisy and loud. There were kids running up and down, and you can hear all the conversations the people waiting the elevator are having. This wakes you up.
The location is really good, next to the cathedral.

The spa, and a good massage, made my stay worthwhile. Otherwise, the hotel was nothing special. Rooms could have benefited from a fresh coat of paint.

Really easy check in. Location right behind León Cathedral. Restaurant, pubs, cafes all around us. Room, shower and bed very good.

Nice location, clean rooms and hood breakfast. Disappointed about the hotel beds. Booked for couple got two separate beds joined together and was very uncomfortable most of the time. Nice spar and fantastic view of the cathedral

Great little hotel. Our train left earlier than the restaurant opened, but since we had paid for breakfast they brought us into the restaurant and provided coffee,juice and a croissant. Service that was above and beyond. My only serious complaint was the internet service. Was very slow.

Spent two nights at the end of the Burgos to Leon section of the Camino. Lovely hotel, great location, central quiet, air conditioned. Very welcoming pleasant staff. Really enjoyed my stay and will return.

We enjoyed our short stay in this hotel. We had a little balcony with a view of the cathedral. Breakfast was in the adjoining cafe and was fairly limited in choices, but was tasty. Our room was made up rather late on our first morning. The hotel is very near everything, with many restaurants nearby.

This hotel is located right behind the Cathedral of León. It is a small, basic hotel, but comfortable and clean. The staff is wonderful. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Arrived early and just wanted to store my pack until check in time. Reception checked and my room was ready and allowed me to check in early.Room was good size,clean and tidy. Bathroom was great. Really close to everything.

There are two bars one attached to hotel and one next door.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It is clean, quiet and well run. Best of all, our room had an excellent view of the cathedral. I've stayed in a lot of hotel rooms, but I will not soon forget this one. A great experience.

Stayed here as a treat during the Camino. Got a good rate with Expedia. Leon is lovely with its historical buildings, interesting to walk around - many local families, tourists and pilgrims wandering around the old town with its tapas bars and shops.

The hotel is is a great position next to the cathedral and much less noisy than the other central hotels in which I have stayed in Leon. The staff were helpful and friendly. They accommodated all my varied requests. They will speak English if you struggle with Spanish. My room was modern, very clean and comfortable, but being on the top floor with a velux roof window it was smaller and pokier than the rooms shown on the website. My only other complaint was that the room was too warm at night and I couldn't get the temperature low enough. But overall, it was a positive experience.

Great start for our Camino adventure. Staff very friendly and cooperative with non Spanish speaking people. Dinner menu could be better but breakfast good.

What a great find. The hotel is right behind León Cathedral but in a quiet location. The service was excellent with friendly and helpful staff. My room was clean and comfortable with a great ensuite.
