This hotel is very clean and walking distance from downtown. A bit inconvenient because has no parking on site. Suite on the back side of the building is next to a club therefore gets very loud from 9pm to 3am so if you are a light sleeper you won’t be able to sleep.

I lived the architecture and the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were very friendly. I will be staying here in the future. I was worried about the noise with traffic and it was not bad. Enjoyed my stay! There is a lot going on at night there with lots of people hanging out on the plaza and near the cathedral late hours like 12-3 am and it felt safe.

This hotel is centrally located to the historic center. The staff during our stay was the nicest we have encountered at any hotel. Any questions or issues we handled in a prompt, pleasant manner. I recommend getting a room on Main Street. There was slight road noise but not bad, and became very quiet during the night. We were in 204. Great room with a balcony looking out onto the Main Street. Originally we were in the back of the hotel and after reading a review realized there might be some excessive noise from a club behind the hotel. We were there during a holiday weekend so we expected the noise to be significant. The manager was so kind and worked with us to get a quieter room. We only had breakfast and coffees in the restaurant. The means were very well done. We even extended our stay.

This is a small hotel more like a hostel than hotel .

Beautiful, clean, safe, and cozy hotel. Our room had a small bathroom but great water pressure. We felt very safe.

Good location for exploring the city. Truly excellent restaurant. Bad for parking. No place to pull in for check-in and the street of the hotel is very busy. Room at front of hotel had a lot of street noise. Poor insulation between rooms.

Lovely stay, with great staff. Very central location. If I had to suggest any room for improvement, it would be more outlets in the room. We could only find one in the room (which was being used by a lamp), or one in the bathroom. We had a rental car and the road was blocked at the front of the hotel, which made it a little challenging navigating check-in/check-out, but the staff were very helpful. Parking is not at the hotel, which they do note in the description.

Great please it just doesn't have an elevator

the hotel is beautiful, with nice touches. very clean, excellent ubication close to everything. the staff very helpful and friendly. the only thing is the noise from outside if you stay in the room next to the main street. but, it has a beautiful Balcony.

Our experience was terrible in the Hotel. The cleaning was bad up to the point that we encounter cockroaches in the room and in the last nigh a scorpion appeard climing the wall by our soons bed. Couldnt feel at ease at the hotel. The worst thing is that the manager promised a full refund for what had happend and up to now we have not received anythind (they doesn´t even answer our mails). I strongly do not recomend this hotel.

Everybody very pleasant and helpful. Very clean and well situated.

NOISE, NOISE, NOISE. Nightclub next to property kept us awake with window-rattling music til 3 a.m. despite earplugs. Sleeping area in our split-level room (No. 214) was accessible only by dangerously narrow spiral staircase, which we struggled to haul our luggage up and down. Moved to Room 208, which was one level but still faced main street. Bearable thanks to trusty earplugs. Expedia listing noted concierge and laundry service, but staff was mostly no help in assisting us in finding local attractions and there was no laundry service, which we had counted on (get it together, Expedia!), and front desk had no idea how we could get our clothes cleaned. MAJOR fail. Positives: Great location and they did valet our car for us to the free parking a few blocks away. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good.

Very clean hotel. Overall it was a good stay, the only negatives was the noice at night time and the beds were very hard. I usually like a firm bed but these were hard atls rocks, also the complementary shampoo/soap provided had already been used by previous guests. Would still recommend for a quick stay.

Beautiful, clean and spacious hotel in the center of it all. Everything is within 5-10 minute walk. Loved it and would stay there again.

The price is too high, but the hotel is nice. You can get a hotel just as nice for half the price.

Parking is located few blocks away from the property. Very busy streets with no unloading zone

Super clean. Wonderful showers. Wonderful staff and a lovely restaurant— a great place to have coffee, breakfast, or lunch. Quite a bit of street noise in the room. The junior suites’ staircase to the sleeping area is really only appropriate for the able-bodied and is not a good choice for those with young children or anyone who needs to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.
