Beautiful property

A beautifully designed, very well appointed hotel with a large private garden that would be great to enjoy during fair weather. The room was exceptionally large with the entrance hallway separating the bed area from the roomy bathroom. The hotel is in a quiet part of Strasbourg, but only a few minutes extra walk to public squares and restaurants. The staff were helpful before and during our stay, but were a little cold and business-like in face-to-face interactions

Excellent stay with excellent guest experience

Parking was at a considerable cost and no-one told us when giving the key of the car. Indeed it was in the conditions of the booking, but a heads up from the personnel would have been appreciated.

Good qualit 4 * hotel with interesting history and architecture

I usually do not have time to write reviews, but wanted to warn other customers about my experience. Very sad to report that I had a very unpleasant check out. First I was told that I had minibar charges that were not mine. At the end they did not charge me but a gentleman in a sarcastic way came out from the office to ask again implying that I did not want to pay 6 euros. I covered the room cost in advance in expedia but the front desk charged me the entire room cost again. I contacted expedia to deal with them because I did not want any more rude behaviours against me. I have been told that I will get a refund. In summary, pay attention to the charges of this hotel because there is no attention to detail. Unusual rude front desk staff in a 4 star hotel. Thank you to expedia for your help with this!

We had a 2 night stay here and from the time we arrived it was amazing with porter service for our bags to the room and valet parking for the car

Very clean hotel, within walking distance to the Petite France (old Strasbourg) area. The breakfast was mediocre for 27Euros. Unfortunately we did not have a chance to dine in the fabulously looking restaurant, which is not run by the hotel. The spa area is beautiful and clean. Staff there were less than friendly and hospitable.

We were first said that the breakfast was included in our stay. However, we got charged for it at the time of checkout!

The room is very cold,even i asked the managment many times.The bed is small may be 70 to 80 cm wideth.You can move in the bed.

Overpriced. We were located in the annex across the street. Small rooms, but clean and efficient. This hotel is beautiful but has zero ambiance. Secure and Quiet area, but a walk to the main areas and the train station. It was worth about half what we paid.

Rooms look new and are large and well designed.

This architectural and historical gem is the perfect location just 3 minutes walk from Petit France but away from the crowds. The staff were so kind and friendly- we had the perfect stay! The Brasserie also needs a mention - superlative service and a location to die for. A truly memorable two days - thank you

Fantastic hotel. Easy to get to from the motorway and just a short walk to the city centre. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, spa very relaxing. 10/10, can't wait to come back for a longer stay
