Good size, clean room, with good items, and amazing staff. Very noisy, wasn’t able to sleep or relax in the room. Breakfast is served in different place, which is far from the hotel and not convenient; that wasn’t clear during booking.

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. Building maintenance needs improvement, visitors need to be warned about the number of steps required to access the bedrooms.

The hotel is located right in the center of the city with the great view of restaurants. The room is decorated with pop modern design and very clean. If you like urban style life style, this is the place for you.

Welcome letter says reception is open until midnight but the day before arrival I received an email saying if I arrive after 7:00pm I have to drag myself and my suitcases to another location to pick up my room key. Really??! Any information I asked for I got the incorrect answer. Good location but awful service. Stay away from this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center. The structure is quite new, the rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable, while the bathroom could be more cared for. The staff is very friendly even if the reception closes at night. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but you must go to the other hotel in the chain located about 500 meters. It can certainly be improved but is a good solution for staying in the center of Salonnico

The hotel is located at the very center of Taverns, restaurants, shopping and close to the sea esplanade. The pillows were not very convenient and the toilets run badly. In general the hotel is great

everything was ok with the property except the toilet you have a problem with the toilet- the water does not take everything down easily.

Like a hostel, rather than a hotel. The design is good but that’s all make-up. They clean the rooms every two days (which may be considered as a postive step for sustainability) but they were so sloppy that they didnt even replace the used cups with new ones. 2 major problems: 1: The internet was too problematic. It works for like 5 minutes and stops working for like 1 hour. I asked this to the staff and they always said that their phones were connected so there was no problem. We had 3 different phones, so that wasnt a matter of phone, it was a matter of hotel’s internet. I had to accept the situation and had to pay to my local provider extra 8 euros per day. Of course this was really frustrating as i already paid to the hotel as “internet included”. Such a disappointment! 2: The hotel’s location is excellent but this makes the rooms really noisy. I stayed there for 3 nights and i had to wait until the closing time of the nightclub (5.00 am!), to be able to go to sleep. The music is so loud and disturbing, so the accommodation was a discomfort rather than a relaxation holiday for me.

Great stay at Colors Hotel. The Staff was unbelievably friendly and gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants in the area. They also were extremely accommodating to my family, as we had a very young three month old baby with us, and I appreciated that so much! They helped us with our stroller, and had our room heated with a baby cot all set up when we arrived. The room was comfortable, clean, the bed was very cosy, and while it's not in the most quiet area (there are bars and clubs just downstairs so on the weekends there is noise from the street till very late) I still very much enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone who isn't super noise-sensitive.

Excellent location,in the heart of Ladidaka area, close to the Market and Tsimiski street. The staff was very kind and responsive the whole time, including few issues that we encountered , that were handled at no time. We arrived late, and the hotel was very well organized and sent us all the relevant info towards our stay, including parking instructions and for few near by parking lots. The room was a bit small for 4p (2+2), but we were OK with it. Keep in mind the hotel is not accessable, first floor is only accessable by stairs (they have an elevator for the baggage). Thanks for a lovely stay!

Locationwise the hotel is perfect. Staff were really pleasant and helpful. Only drawback was the cleaningness of the room. Bed bugs and no room cleaning for 2 days.
