Very good location, the size of the apartment was adequate for a family of 5. The condition and specification was great. Transport links were fantastic Metro and Train stations were very close.

Ideally located close to Atocha rail station and walking distance to museums, art galleries and Retiro park. With a family, it was great to have a small kitchen and washing machine. The staff were lovely and we would definitely stay here again. Great little cafe just round the corner for delicious breakfast.

The apartment itself was fine, it has everything we need. We are at the 2nd floor and it’s soooo noisy, we hear everything from outside.

Great apartment for my family of 5. Location is a short walk to the metro and to major attractions. Also close to supermarket and local restaurants. Only complaint was the apartment was a bit warm and we couldn’t figure out the air conditioning (we also didn’t ask). I would stay her again if visiting Madrid.

The stay was great, we booked a two bedroom and I missed that it had a garage, we did not have a car so we did not need the garage but if you do its great! The room was large with good AC and comfortable, we had 6 of us with 2 in each bed. The sofa bed was actually pretty comfortable, it is separated by thin wall from the one bedroom but we perfect for our family.

The area is pretty clean and quiet, the property has parking garage on site, which is we are looking for. The reception is nice and helpful. The location is ok, very close to Sophia museum, but far away from Royal Palace of Madrid, but Taxi is easy and price is reasonable. There are mini market on the corner of the street, very convenient. The property is clean and the kitchen has basic appliances, very useful.

Great location! Within walking distance to the train station, museums, and park. Room is spacious. We especially appreciated the blackout curtain and washing machine. Enjoyed watching the UEFA Euro 2024 matches on the big TV screen.

Very nice place to stay, walking distance to the Atocha train station and many museums like the Reina Sofia and Museo del Prado. I’d stay there again.

This was our second stay here, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. Good location, walking distance from everything with grocery stores at either end of the block. A 10 minute walk from Atocha train station. Plenty of good restaurants in the greater area. The apartment kitchen was well-equipped and had a full-size fridge. We had a terrace that was nice all day round, as was the giant jacuzzi/swimming pool in the courtyard. We’ll be back!

This location is close to the main Atocha train station which makes it convenient, the area is fairly quiet.

The apartment was in good condition and was close to many points of interest.
BUT, our first night we kept hearing loud noises from the street, first a garbage truck, then loud people.
The second night we came back at around 7:30 PM, and for some reason our keys did not work. Since there is no one at reception after 5pm we tried to follow the instructions in a self check in panel. Another couple was there already with the Same problem. We kept calling all numbers and we could hear them ringing at the front desk.
We decided to call Expedia and they also failed to contact the Eric Vökel hotel people. So Expedia offered another hotel for that night… we were in the process of finding another place, and out of nowhere someone from De EV hotel picked up the phone and was able to help us remotely.
It was after 90 minutes that we were able to get in our rooms.
I do not recommend the place if you plan to arrive after 5pm

Clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet area of Madrid but a 20 minute walk into the centre. There is also a taxi rank by Atocha station and it costs €9 into the centre.
Supermarkets and restaurants within a 2 minute walk.
The bed was extremely comfortable too!

We loved our apartment. Very spacious and clean! We were 5 adults (my husband and I and our adult son and daughter and son’s girlfriend) and we were never in each other’s way. We cooked our breakfasts with eggs & meats and the kitchen worked very well.

We had a group of nine in three rooms. Everyone had a wonderful stay. The staff was great, the place is clean, and the location was perfect. A block from public transport and walking distance to many places.

Great budget option for a 5 day stay- especially if a kitchen and washer/dryer are important amenities.! The location is 10 minutes away from the museums and other neighborhoods and also has a grocery story and bakery on the block/around the corner. It could be a bit noisy at night (seems like trash and recycling removal happens daily- in the middle of the night?!) but the blackout shutters reduced the sounds by a lot!

Clean, comfortable and well located apartment with easy access to Madrid downtown area and transportation. My only complaint will be that needs to offer a second set of towels and or place hooks to hang towels to dried. Although the apartment has a washer machine is not convenient to wash when once is on vacation.
However I highly recommend this hotel and definitely will stay there when I return to Madrid.
