Have stayed here many times. Love the location and proximity to Pacific Fair and the beach. I liked that our room had newer carpet and leather couch as some previous rooms were getting a bit tired

It was our first time at Gold Coast. Looked thru a lot of accomadation. Wasnt sure but when we got there we were blown away with the apartment and amazing view so close to everyting. W

The property was in walking distance to our destination which was grey. The drawers didn’t close properly.

We have just returned from a 3 generations family trip. We had 2 Superior 1 bedroom and one 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments. All had a great ocean view (levels 7 & 8) and were clean and comfortable. Some of the furnishings and appliances are older and showing some wear, and all apartments had a different layout but they worked well for us all.
The main pool was just warm enough for a quick dip mid winter and the jacuzzi was the perfect temperature to relax in. The games room was enjoyed by the kids and grandkids too.
Location is excellent - Pacific Fair one short block away, the Oasis about a 10 min walk away, with supermarket and dining options at both and accessible after regular mall shops closing hours. The beach is just a short walk away too, so lots of options for all. We never had a problem finding a park in the underground garage and it was easy to get to the various theme parks and attractions from here. The tram stop outside Pacific Fair (Broadbeach South stop) made it easy to pop up to the Q1 Skypoint tower and was a fun attraction for the grandkids watching trams coming and going.
All in all we were very happy with our choice at the price point paid and would happily stay again.

Apartment was new clean and had everything. The view was amazing from the 17th floor up and down the coast.
Being a 5 minute walk to the tram was very convenient. Will stay here again when in the Gold Coast.

Great stay! We will definitely be back! Shower wasn’t the best and the couch in the lounge was very old and uncomfortable but other that everything else was great! Amazing view! Close to everything! Safe! Lovely pool!

I thought that the showers needed a really good clean as there was a lot of mould. Also the shower heads were very light.

Dirty rooms rangehood was filthy with brown sludge dripping out of it into food I cooked, I contacted the site and was no care, Vacuum was full of dirt and hadn't been emptied for weeks

Other than the amazing lady at the front desk, who went above and beyond to get me an extra night, the unit showers were both broken, the balcony door lock/latch was snapped off, room service only happens after the 8th day of stay, and NOWHERE on the website nor while booking, were we informed that there is NO SMOKING ON THE PREMESIS. Not on the private balcony, carport or Rec. areas. You must walk to the end of the street. This was definately NOT a 4.6 star accommodation and we will NEVER stay there again.

Love staying at Ocean Pacific, very good vacation experience. Walking distance to most things including the beach and Pacific Fair. It would be good if there a few more sachets of dishwash, dishwasher powder etc so that you don't have to buy a whole container and then take it back home on the plane. Also information re towels for the pool would have been appreciated. Otherwise everything was great.

Second bathroom toilet didn’t flush which we advised on arriving at apartment. Was not repaired till we were booking out 3days and not reduction or inconvenience offered. Batteries in control not working and dirty under cushions. Staff were very nice on reception though. It’s the small thing that make a place standout and make you want to book again.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of accommodation and the "million dollar" view. Short walk to Broadbeach. Excellent coffee shop (No Name Lane) 50m walk.
Room starting to look a little tired (chipped paint and corners need a brush up). Old style FOXTEL to watch TV and I couldn't operate the TV as a SMART TV.
