What a wonderful property!! The support staff is excellent and knowledgeable. They are extremely helpful. The property is close to the Rialto bridge but still far from the crowd. Good and drinks here are excellent. Breakfast is best I have ever had in a hotel. If I ever go back to Venice, I’ll be definitely staying here.

Lovely annexe room. Amazing views and lovely staff. Really enjoyed breakfast too. Just a very minor point and we didnt ask and likely should have: Be good to have more than one key so that half the party can go home easily without another following and going up and down to keep the key. Loved the place great location and service too

Outstanding from start to finish

This is a wonderful hotel very unique modern with a lovely bar and great breakfast. Very close to the fresh market and a couple of blocks from the Riolta bridge. We stayed here in 2017 and it’s just as nice in 2024

Prime location and very clean. Walking distance to Rialto Bridge and all other popular attractions. There is a fish market closeby but you can't smell it from the hotel. The breakfast was nice. Lovely staff. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you :)

Great hotel, staff and location. A true gem!!!!

Location was perfect, only a 4 min walk to rialto bridge. Few nice eatery and drink places nearby along the grand canal too. Staff were super friendly, rooms were clean and updated daily. Breakfast was good, had everything you’d expect! Would defo come back

There were many things to like about this hotel, like the location, beautiful Grand Canal view, big bathroom (we had a deluxe king room). The room had a good neutral smell. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything felt clean. The shower was one of the best showers I've had in a while. The concierge was extremely helpful and was quick to recommend restaurants and help us line up transportation to the airport and also to Murano. The breakfast was tasty and there were a lot of options on the buffet. We didn't love the decor of the room (red painted floors and half of the walls)--BUT, it was clean, and decor is aesthetic, so maybe other people love it. The only actual problem was the the air conditioning--it was not very cool at night. It would run until about 3am and then stop, every single night. We woke up sweaty at that time nightly. Not sleeping well on vacation is frustrating, so that is why we gave the 4 star rating, and not a 5 star rating.

Best shower! Spacious double room for a family with teens. Complimentary breakfast delicious! Staff was helpful arranging for boat taxi and storing luggage.

Having breakfast included was such a nice option. Delicious food, amazing service.

Outstanding staff and facilities. The only problem I had was internet connectivity. The buildings are so well built, meaning the walls are thick, the doors are like impenetrable steel off of the starship galactica, that there was no way a strong signal was penetrating anything in our room. But aside from that it was a beautiful location, great breakfast, nice little bar with a secluded patio on one of the upper levels. Would absolutely recommend.

Everyone made us feel welcome. Air conditioner is great, the service is outstanding the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay amazing. Close to plaza San Marco

Grazie Mille Hotel Orologio! Super friendly and helpful staff. We arrived very early and they held our bags while we went sightseeing. The breakfast buffet has ample options in addition to having fresh juices and delicious cappuccino. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing hotel and staff. Incredibly gorgeous and clean property. But it’s located besides fish market that operates daily. It stinks through most of the morning until the area gets cleaned late afternoon. Despite this, I would rate the experience with this hotel exceptional.

I have stated at this charming little hotel both times I was in Venice. I love the views of the Grande Canal and the proximity to the vaporettti stop and the Rialto. Plus the staff is fantastic and the breakfast buffet is amazing.

Great location near Rialto Bridge but away from the busyness of that area and the S Marco side of Gr Canal.

We got a decent room, I am not fun of dark colors for a hotel room and we got a black/burgundy color painted and decorated with interior view (water view sold out in Expedia but it seems no fully booked) it isn’t nice. Staff is very attentive. Good location in front of the main water canal. I will stay again but be sure I can get a water view room and different color like some pictures online that show no dark colors rooms.
