Place and staff both nice. I was quite happy NOT to have TV in the room, but some people would miss that. Location also suited me but wasn't the neightbourhood

Lovely place to stay.

Super quaint and charming. Location was fabulous for us, walking distance to the marina but less chaotic. Staff was knowledgeable about restaurants in the area which led to some great meals. Unfortunately, it does not offer amenities like coffee makers in the room. However, we truly loved it here. This hotel is a hidden gem, and we will be back.

Beautiful property with stunning colors and decor. Loved the room super spacious. Friendly staff except no one offered to help me with my big luggage going to the room or leaving hotel. A bit odd.

Staff is incredibly friendly, the location is great if you are trying to stay away from the resorts. The rooms are all nice and unique. Will be back if in Los Cabos for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Bella. Everyone made us feel very welcome and made sure we had a great stay. Yes the property is surrounded by clubs and restaurants as it is in the centre of town, so the music can be loud as the evening approaches and into the night but we wore our earplugs and had the noise cancelling machine in the room on and slept very well. The beds are very comfortable, and the room is kept clean by the housekeeping staff. Barbara and her staff go above and beyond to make sure that you have a wonderful stay. The pool is very nice and quiet to spend time at during the day which we really enjoyed. The rooms have no tv which is just perfect as far as we were concerned as we had no need of one. It is a beautiful garden oasis right in the middle of town. The restaurants and cafes located able short walk away were wonderfully delicious and reasonably priced for Cabo. There is also an OXXO close by as well as a Pharmacy for any of your needs. It was exactly the type of stay we wanted in Cabo away from the main Marina strip and tourist places. We highly recommend this boutique hotel. If you are looking for a cookie cutter type repost hotel this is not the place for you. If you are looking to stay in a family operated, small, boutique style hotel without loud crowds of people then this is the place for you!

It’s a really beautiful property. The disco next door is very loud but it didn’t bother me as I can sleep through a lot.

Barbara was accommodating, staff was friendly and helpful. Once you step through the doors, you will find peacefulness and a hidden gem. Beautiful courtyard and quaint pool. One thing best, there was no TELEVISION in our room. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Charming boutique in town. Beautiful bathroom suite. Good service- nice staff. In room refrigerator. Very small shampoo and conditioner, shower gel and lotion. You must ask for more if needed. Water bottles provided. Nice stay.

This old world style property is a real find for Cabo, only a couple of blocks from the marina and across from a lovely plaza used by local families and tourists alike. When you enter the courtyard garden the bustle of the street outside fades away. Security is good as the front door is kept locked when there is no one directly at the desk. There was no in-room safe. The garden includes ample seating to relax and a small, very clean pool. Our ground floor room was a bit dark but air-conditioned and quiet and included a fluffy pillow top king size bed. The bathroom is finished hacienda-style and there was very generous hot water for the shower. There was only one towel hook in the bathroom: a drying rack would have been nice for towels and beachwear. There is a mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cold, and the hotel provides one bottle of water per person per day. There are many stores nearby to buy drinks and a good coffee shop across the street. The hotel offered tea and coffee with sweet buns each morning but these were not popular, probably because there are many breakfast options nearby. I would have appreciated a pitcher of cool water along with the buns as even in October the mornings are warm. There have been some reviews that mentioned noise from neighbouring clubs, and we could definitely hear them if we listened, but even as a sensitive sleeper a normal pair of disposable ear plugs was all I needed. The positives far outweigh this small negative. Would return.

This is a gem of a place in Cabo city. It’s clean rooms are nice. We liked it because we wanted to be in the Cabo area and not worry about transportation to resorts. It’s a short walk to all that is Cabo, right around the corner from the Cabo Wabo. The staff was helpful and had a great sense of security. The location is older with a lot of run down properties around. It is across the street from a nice plaza where several events took place. Depends on what You want from Cabo this is a hidden gem for sure !

I love the decor of this property. It is warm and welcoming and has a real Mexican feel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I cannot speak highly enough of this property, it was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.

I loved the decor and the ambience of this property, from the lovely garden courtyard with pool and plenty of sitting areas, to the well appointed and decorated rooms. The staff was very helpful and friendly and I felt more like I was staying in someone's home than a hotel. And in. fact this was a family home that got converted into a hotel, but the family still live and work there. Overall, this was probably the most pleasant hotel experience I have ever had.

This is a beautiful gem of a property in the heart of downtown Cabo. It is reminiscent of old Spanish architecture and lush landscaping. It is very quiet. Although there are no dining options at the hotel, you are surrounded by restaurants including an amazing Italian place next door.

Every time we stay here ... it's been very nice. Softest beds and pillows. Would love to see to go cups for coffee please. Thank you!

Beautiful and quiet

Perfect location for Spring Breakers but near Cabo Wabo Cantina so I go no sleep. It was loud and hopping!

My family absolutely loved our stay at the Casa Bella Hotel. It was most beautiful and had an old-world atmosphere. The gardens and flowers were second to none. I looked forward each day to coffee and a danish sitting in the lovely patios/garden. The owners (Barbara and Marco) were very caring, gracious owners. They certainy went out of their way to make all of us feel welcome. The location was ideal for shopping, dining, and walking anywhere downtown Cabo. We are definitely going back next year. We can across this hotel through expedia by accident. It is absolutely charming and the owner is wonderful. The room had so much character. Our only regret was we only stayed a short night.

This is an absolutely amazing hotel in Cabo San Lucas. The owner, Barbara, is extremely friendly and personable, and really goes out of her way to make guests feel at home. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone! Much more of an authentic Mexican experience than what you would get at one of the anonymous all-inclusive resorts!

Beautiful gardens and lovely rooms in this small, secure/safe, boutique hotel across from a park and a natural science museum. Only a couple of blocks from the marina, the mall, excellent restaurants, bars, and shops! Hotel staff are very accommodating and have connections to reliable transport companies from/to the airport. Casabella offers great value and is steps away from the best that Cabo San Lucas offers! The one detracting item from my 7 night stay was the music & noise (from about 11 pm until almost 5 am) from a night club a block away. I had Bose sleep buds, music, the heater/air conditioner noise and a white noise machine to mask the loud music coming from the obnoxious night club. So, although the night club noise was annoying, I mitigated it and rested well each night. I highly recommend Casabella!

This was a magical little hidden gem! The pictures do not do it justice! The gardens are gorgeous! The staff was absolutely lovely!! I highly recommend this place!!!
