Wonderful staff, very clean and nice size units. Highly recommend.

This place was a great spot for me to stay when I was traveling solo and also had to work. The wifi was perfect, the apartment was exactly what I needed and the managers were friendly. It's walkable to the downtown area too!

I stayed four nights and was really impressed. The large apartment was sparkling clean, the bed was very comfortable and the service was great. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The central location within Mendoza was perfect. A supermarket is just one block away and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended.

We were welcomed warmly and given a good overview of the facilities in our apartment. The apartment was a good size, had great facilities and was conveniently located for walking to the main central areas. It was also an easy walk from the bus terminal, even with bags. There is only a toaster oven but on request a microwave was cheerfully provided. The fridge has a small freezer section. The team of Claudia, Francisco and Sergio provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. It was the perfect place to stay. One tip: if you are planning to pay with credit card at the nearby Atomo supermarket you will need your passport or other ID.

The apartment was clean and modern and was within walking distance to many great restaurants. The entire staff was very accomodating. Claudia made great recommemdations on restaurants and wine tours. Overall we had a great experience. We would definitely return ☺

The staff did everything possible to make our stay convenient. The only improvement would be the decor. It is a bit sparse and could be a bit cozier.

Everything was great. My only suggestion would be for a tub mat. I almost slipped a couple of times. Then I put a towel inside the tub and that helped. Will definitely return.

Enjoyed our trip but the location of the apt was a little disappointing. Streets are a death trap with huge holes in grates, open ditches to fall into. Generally not safe.

We got off to a rocky start due to an overly officious person at the reception desk; the check-in process took a long time and we were assigned an apartment that was rather noisy and claustrophobic; a power outage temporarily left the building without water. We complained and were offered a more spacious apartment the following day, which was fine. Free parking is offered, but after booking I received an email to the effect that parking had to be reserved and that only compact cars were permitted. This should be made clear before booking because the underground parking lot is very small and paying for an external parking implies an additional expense for guests. The reception desk is only open from 8:00 am through 21:00 pm and was closed completely on new year's day, which is far from positive. Telephone numbers are available to contact staff in the event of problems, but we were told that only one of them worked.

Accommodation was excellent value for money. The front desk were very helpful with recommendations for food and other activities.

The place was exactly what it said it was. Surprisingly spacious and clean. Not much of a view but possible to sit outside and ponder. I have nothing to say that would set this place in a disappointed light.

We initially chose this apartment because we were arriving from Buenos Aires and it was close to the bus station (its an easy 10 minute walk). While it doesnt look much from the street, inside is a very nice and well appointed apartment. Claudia at reception speaks great English and was very helpful when had an issue with a tour we had arranged.

Overall we thought the hotel was great! Its new and modern and the room is super efficiently designed. There is a dining table and a kitchen with basic amenities. We wished it had a few more spoons and forks (3 of each) and there was no proper chopping knife so cooking ability is limited. Its great that they have check in at 12pm because we got into town at 9.30am so we didnt have to wait all day to check into our place. While we got a lot of great info about what to do for the short time we were in Mendoza, checking in Thursday and leaving Saturday early morning, the staff regretted to tell us that the Friday was a holiday and thus most places are closed! Had we known we would have organized our schedule a little differently. We got unlucky with the holiday though so I woul definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Good location near restaurants, laundry,etc. Trip to wineries was the highlight.

The room is basic and clean and the staff are very helpful & pleasant. The room itself is clean but simple. It would be nice to have a sofa to sit on rather than a twin bed in the main area.

Loved our stay. We were wowed by the American Standard Comfort and within walking distance to the main Sqaure and all the outdoor cafes and restaurants ! A great value!

Apartmentos Mendoza Premium is an easy walk to the main square -- about 10 minutes. The unit was clean, and the staff at check in was very friendly and helpful if you want to book any tours or excursions. People with mobility issues may have a problem, because there are about four or five steps to get to the elevator that takes you to the rooms. The reception desk is also part of what appears to be a store for fixtures -- doors and windows -- and is not staffed 24 hours. They have a key drop box and a free phone to use to call for a taxi, but that can be difficult if you have an early flight and don't speak Spanish. But the unit was great for my purposes, and it was easy to get around the city.

We found these apartments an exceptional value. A strict modus operandi, centrally located, clean, quiet, safe with strict security measures, for anyone from a single person to a family, nice kitchen, very comfortable beds, very courteous csr, parking space. We no doubt will be staying here again. An excellent stay.
