Clean rooms, nice breakfast and hotel staff was super friendly. However, the room had a slight musty odor and bathroom facilities seems a little bit old.

Good location, check in was slower, bed sheet was soiled and the reception send the housekeeping to change it. The lady in the house keeping didn't like our our request and she was not happy about it. Room is large and good breakfast. Overall, very good value for money.

Spacious and clean rooms in a great location. Restaurants and grocery store were all within walking distance. The staff were helpful with any questions and had a taxi waiting for us when we were leaving. Had a tour company on site and tours to both Brazil and Argentina were easy to book and pick up was right outside the front door. I’d recommend and would stay again.

This hotel was a good choice for the Brazilian side. It is located in the middle of a busy eating, shopping strip. One of the reception people spoke excellent English and the tours organiser also had good English and was most helpful. We enjoyed the pool, breakfast and the location as well as the large room.

It was very convenient to the bus terminal, good central location, help with yours, good guidance about the area by desk staff, OUTSTANDING BUFFET.

Frustrated at check in as we were sent an on line tag check in but despite filling in all in we had to go through the process again late at night. Airport pick up however has great. The room was more basic than I expected but adequate. The breakfast was very good and staff were excellent, helpful and friendly.

We had a good stay. The hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Edwin. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and extensive. It had a variety of lactos free beverages, good coffee, lots of fruit and exotic things like dulce de leche and fruit paste.

We had a lovely time here meeting up with some friends. Location was great and easy to get to Iguazu Falls.

Wonderful 3 star hotel.Front desk very helpful- special thanks to Viktor and Willian.. Can arrange for laundry at a reasonable price. Breakfast very good with plenty of choice. Location central, close to cheap eating choices. Central bus terminal less than 5mins away with direct buses to the falls and airport. Free shuttle to the hotel- need to arrange beforehand. Travel agency in the lobby competitive prices , efficient and reliable. Refrigerator with freezer compartment useful No kettle in the room, but hot beverages and flavoured water 24 hrs in the lobby. Toiletries very basic- bring your own. Overall great value for money.

Very friendly service and excellent range of food for breakfast. Room was comfortable, a little bit of street noise at night but not bad. Restaurant/room service food was very ordinary, I'd skip it if I visited again. Airport pickup was forgotten, in spite of clear comms about it, so we lost time and roaming costs sorting it out (there's actually a free phone at the airport if needed, but you have to know that). They reimbursed us for the taxi that we ended up taking, so fair enough.

Great location close to restaurants, Muffato grocery store and the bus station for airport and Brasil Falls. Hotel staff were friendly and the room was well kept. The breakfast buffet was extensive with both hot and cold foods and there is a small fridge in the room. A plus for this hotel are the 3 jacuzzis out back. Great place for the price.

Great place to stay in Foz du Iguazu. Best location, lots of places to eat nearby. Foz bus terminal is 5 min walk from the hotel to go to falls or other places. There is a tourist desk in hotel to book tours into Argentina side of falls and Iguazu city tour.
