Could not fault this place!! Everything was perfect :)

We stayed at the hotel for one night. The location of the hotel was very central - Calle 81 is a great street. The hotel is more of an apartment complex. The “front desk” is a person at a desk with a computer. There did not seem to be anyone else working in the hotel. The elevators were tiny - we were barely able to fit in with our two carry on bags. The room was very spacious but the bathroom was tiny. There was barely space for the wash bag and the shower was tiny and we had to shower quickly so that the water would not spill out. Overall the hotel was basic - fine for one night, but would not stay longer.

The hotel is well appointed near Zona T where there are lots of restaurants, the mall, and nightlife. It is located in a quiet section, perfect for being close to the action, but far enough to find tranquility. The room was clean, modern, and spacious. The breakfast was tasty and offered variations each day. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. I look forward to staying here again the next time I’m in Bogoa!

This hotel is well located close to centro comercial Andino and zona T lots and lots of restaurants and shopping, for me this hotel is convenient, there’s nothing grand about it but the rooms are nice, the free breakfast is very nice and the most important thing…. The people, the staff in this hotel are very nice and helpful… thank you Tatiana, Oscar and Miller.

Spectacular boutique hotel to enjoy Bogota

We absolutely loved the hotel. The staff was so professional, helpful and friendly. They do an incredible job. The breakfast was delicious, something different everyday. We would chose to stay here again and definitely recommend it.

The prices are very reasonable

the queen sized suite was such a great value - it was a large apartment sized suite. They provided a nice bottle of mineral water every day. The staff could not have been any nicer...spoke English and really took care of any needs I could have had. The breakfast and the people taking care of me couldn't have been any better as well.

I really but really don’t understand the good reviews at all !!! Room is very small very basic. Tv has no hd channels so all channels kinda blurry. Why they charge this price ?? The ppl at the reception are not welcoming and very rude. Refused to upgrade me or early and late check in-out. Only after complaining to the owner they did. Thanks to simon he have me free night after i had lots of issues. Changed room 3 times. When i came back the workers gave me the worst room the one I didn’t want the first time. Breakfast wasn’t ready the time it supposed to be. And taste real bad. Location is kinda far from andino and its long walking at night and not so safe. I really disappointed from that hotel nothing like the reviews nothing like they promised to be. Rooms are not soundproof and noise from the street is all over. Omg. Thanks orbitz saved me from that place. Please read carefully what i wrote and consider better place for you as there are lots of options nearby. Enjoy colombia and not pay attention for jealous workers at the hotels.

We only received 2 towers. We must exchanged our towers for another one. We feel like that we are in a GHETO hotel. The front door lock whenever the reception was not present. I was uncomfortable waiting for someone ro unlock the door when i need to leave the hotel. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

Great hotel, comfortable, great breakfast, and area around is very nice.

The hotel is located in safe, vibrant area. It's close to everything. The room was big, clean, tidy, and comfortable. I would only suggest improving the general indoor lighting, there was not enough ilumination in the room and it was still dark when all lights were on. For the rest, all was excellent!!!

Hotel has an amazing location. close to lots of good restaurants and shops walking distance. unfortunately they set expectations in the listing that are not true. rooms get lots of sun during the day, they are hot and the air conditioners do not work. why offer it when its not available. i had paid for a suite and ended in one of the smallest rooms so i could get some sort of better temperature.

Uninformed, uneducated, unfriendly staff. Provide guest with wrongful information to make them get additional charges. My first room has a really small bed and really bad shape condition bathroom. When I complained about the staff didn’t even bother to look or offer any apologies. Instead they charged me more money in order to get a better room even do my Platinum Status would qualify me for a free upgrade they chose to ignore that. Didn’t even get the free Perk. Then the new room was very noisy that you couldn’t even sleep. So many wrong things with the place. Advice: “Listen to the guest feedback carefully”.

Great property. Clean, confortable, good breskfast. Great area as well, very safe and walkable, and close to areas like Zona T, Zona G and Parque 93, with great restaurants and nightlife!

My husband and I stayed at City flat for 4 days in the executive suite. It was spacious, clean and in a safe neighbourhood. Oh.. my husband hit his toes more than 10 times at the livingroom table. It is a nice table but not a safe one forna hotel. City Flat was like 2 blocks form zona rosa and zona T. Sometimes we walked back at midnight and felt very safe. We felt safe in this hotel. Very small place with 3 rooms per floor and very quiet. The breakfast was very good. Everybody was so friendly, especially the lady that makes the perfect scramble egg and ommelet. The breakfast place is very nice and quiet. There was no hairdryer in the room but when we called they brought it immediatly. We received a bottle of wine and there was already wineglasses in the room. The laundry bag is made of textile and super cute to use as a bag. I absolutly loved it. I would defintly recommend this place. There is a very cute coffeeshop outside the corner of the hotel. The handsome frontdesk agent even had an umbrella to borrow us on a rainy day.

If it hadn’t been for the checkout process, I would have rated this hotel as truly exceptional. However, after staying there for 6 nights and having not being informed from the part of the hotel staff that there were any problems, at time of checkout we were charged $80 for 4 supposedly stained towels, an issue which had not been brought previously to our attention. We changed towels daily and the only use we did of them was for drying up ourselves. If there had been a problem, we should have been informed initially and not waited until checkout to charge us more. Additionally, $20 per a used hotel towel seems a bit too much.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Every day a different face shared warm and friendly energy ready to help us with whatever we needed. A wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations.
