Wifi did not worked for several hours, I had to work and I was not able to work. At the lobby they wanted to overcharge me for the room rate after a discussion they agreed to lower the rate to the one at Booking,com

Made us pay half a day rate on top of the night to check in early even though we were staying the night. We left at 8:30 pm. This did not make sense. Breakfast didn’t have any hot dishes for vegetarians except an omelette.

Breakfast very efficient, but lunch and dinner less so. Budget 2 hours for dinner, we think partly due to shortage of English-speaking waiters and also no-one seems to be in much of a hurry (manana?).

Employees, were so kind and helpful all the time. The room was great too, clean, great space, it exceeded my expectation by far. Overall the hotel is fantastic, it was all we needed, 100% recommended!

The fact that all english language news channels had been dishabilitated as the function to switch dubbed programs revert to original language. During my stay the ballroom had been rented out for a party which had been extremely boisterous , loud music, fire crackers ,screaming the works, totally prohibiting a siesta needed before my 12 hour flight later that evening. The management I spoke to did not botber to have the noice toned down nor seem to worry about the nuisance the extreme noise guests were being subjected to. This hotel supposedly 5 star with commensurate tarifs does not live up to its price/satisfaction ratio.
