Staff were very helpful and made our stay worry-free.

In Bordeaux for the Rugby World Cup, and stayed in a single room. I was worried it would be too small, but it was surprisingly comfortable (6'1" here). Shower was excellent, bed comfortable, air conditioning was a real plus, and the room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was included with the room and was quite filling and delicious. There were all kinds of nice Brasserie's and other restaurants to get food nearby. If you are travelling solo, or with a partner, I can for sure recommend this hotel to you.

This is a nicely renovated boutique hotel in a heritage building. The rooms are small but adequate in size; the bathroom is quite large. An inconvenience was a lack of enough electrical outlets and inconvenient positioning of some of the available outlets. As a result, I had to remove lamps from power (making it somewhat dark) in order to charge my computer or iPhone. The desk is small for business travel- I could barely fit my computer on it, and couldn't eat and have the computer on the desk at the same time (no tables). There was a reasonable-sized mini-fridge, which was convenient. On the other hand, the only coffee available in the rooms was instant, vs Nespresso in some other Bordeaux hotels, which is much nicer. Wifi was efficient and reconnected automatically, which was convenient. Staff was generally responsive, although somewhat patchy with apparently some short shifts. Overall, a pleasant stay with some limitations.

Excellent boutique hotel with fantastic interior design, comfortable rooms , finely decorated and ingeniously furnished. The WC separated from the shower, the basin near the entrance which is useful as washing hands is the first thing I do when I come back from a trip. It was scorching hot outside but I could relax inside thanks to the air conditioning and the blackout curtains. I had to organize a self guided city tour on the last day and the concierge gave me a book as a present. So kind and available If I could give more than 5 stars!

Easy tram ride from train station. Near public park and attractions. Coffee making facilities in my room. Very clean, early breakfast offered, staff very friendly and bilingual so I could have conversations both in English and in French.

The location of the hotel was fabulous, perfect distance from everything in central Bordeaux! The staff were wonderful and very attentive, booked dinner for us and gave lots of recommendations when requested. Always smiley and willing to help! The shared space downstairs was very nice, lovely decor, however we were very disappointed with room itself. It was very small and dark, no view at all, and seemed very tired. The room wasn’t very clean, and the carpet definitely seemed like it had seen better days! All in all, the location was next to none, but the room was nothing to write home about. It was a good thing we were too busy to spend much time in there! I’m sure the more premium rooms were much nicer, but given the price and the quality of the design downstairs, we were pretty disappointed. Redeeming quality was the comfort of the bed though!

Terrific central location. My room was small but it had an adorable little terrace so I didn’t mind! Staff were very friendly and welcoming, and even had a sense of humour when I had difficulty with a very easy-to-operate front door, which I appreciated!

Very nice hotel and very nice staff. My room was a bit small but was more than adequate for one person. The room was well laid out and made good use of the space. There is a nice small deck with a table and two small chairs that overlook the street from my room. I like keeping the doors open to get the airflow into the room as there is no air-conditioning. Be aware though that if you keep the doors open on a street facing room it does get a bit noisy at times. Would stay again.

Great location on a quiet street that is walkable to most sights, restaurants and shops (easy 10 mins). Staff is very attentive and helpful. Room was well equipped and designed with the traveler's needs in mind. Parking was offsite but convenient. Be aware of the small spaces and tight corners to maneuver. We had the most pleasant stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Cozy hotel on a side street in an excellent area. You can’t even really stop on the street in front of the hotel to drop off your bags. Very small room but decent bed. Continental breakfast extra. Parking 5 minute walk up the street with very (very!) narrow ramps at a discount, but still extra. Very helpful, polite staff. Clean with tasteful, modern decor.

Property is in a great location, staff is kind and very accommodating, and the room is lovely and clean.

Hotel is very clean, amazingly quiet in the center of Bordeaux. Very convenient location to access any tourist interests. We found the restaurant Nama only a few steps away interesting. Would recommend this hotel to browse through Bordeaux.

Very Comfortable hotel in the heart of Bordeaux. I was in Bordeaux early for a river cruise and arrived by Train. The hotel had a van pick me up (at a fee) and get me to the hotel. They also arranged a Taxi to get me to the river cruise ship. Breakfast was simple but addequate and there was always a staff person at the front desk to help you.

This was my second stay at Hotel de Tourny and it was as great as the first time last year. The staff is very friendly and the location is great! The simple breakfast is convenient and very nice. I definitely plan to visit again.
