This was an old hotel and the staff seem frustrated. Who do they take it out on? That's right. I tried three rooms my first night. I should have checked out the fourth. All technical issues.
Cleaning staff want to clean at specific times. Do not disturb sign up? Screw you, we're coming in anyway. Say something about it, you get yelled at.

Very nice facilities locate on the beach. Area surrounding property is pretty shabby but managable. Ive swen worse. The restaurant food is ok and convenient! 7 out of 10 overall and thays a pretty hi rating because the property is clean and professionally maintained by a great staff!

They have horrible beds; it is impossible to sleep there, and they don't have more beds option.
I provided this reason to EXPEDIA, THEY OFFERED to leave the HOTEL and they assured refund me my reservation.
After this conversation with Expedia, I left the hotel and today EXPEDIA DOES NOT WANT to REFUND me. Even I reserved another hotel room with them.
The IBIS hotel objected the refund, even they agreed to refund me, when I leave the hotel.

I was not happy with the room and the front desk did not help me change it or even pay attention to me. I had to leave this hotel also due to the environment. I am not happy with this hotel or the situation and I request a refund for my stay.

It is Ibis, so the standards are as expected. Worth the money. Outside the Old City in a boring area but walking distance to fun. The main issue for us was that you can’t open any windows to get fresh air. You rely on the air conditioning. That wasn’t enough for us. The air in the room felt stagnant in the mornings.
