Other than it was a non-smoking facility it was wonderful

first time staying there, great room, spacious, clean and comfotable, our rm was on the corner by the bridge and traffic was loud, also ppl 3 doors down, were smoking alot of weed for 2 days, stinky. your web site said there was a firepit with chairs, there was none, also said a full brkt, there was none, but great location, walked to shops, food and attractions

The room was adequate but the floors were filthy. We loved the bathroom but I could not get over the super dirty floors

Our first room hadn’t been completely cleaned. The trash was full, trash on the counters, dog pee in the bathroom floor. We were moved to a different floor. Still not really clean, but doable.

The beds were super comfortable and the water pressure was spot on.

I was not able to get there. My car overheated and had to be towed back home. I took out the insurance and was hoping for a refund. I called the motel and told them.

Our room was extremely clean and beds relatively comfortable. No outside noise or noise from other rooms. Would definitely stay here again. Property is convinent to Pigeon Forge as well as Gatlinburg.

The outside door handle didn’t work right to get in room the toilet wouldn’t flush and told them and they plugged and it still wouldn’t work right and nothing was done about it

Besides the whirlpool bath being called a jacuzzi and not being able to watch the tv from the couch or kitchen It was great. I would recommend

The room had nice features, the shower tub was rough though, the bottom of the tub wasn’t flat, it was curved and made it feel like you were standing in a canoe or hammock. The room also had a lot of moisture. Like constantly felt sticky/wet while we were in there

We came for a trip to see friends in the PigronForge area. We were met by a friendly helpful gentleman at the desk. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is great.

Property was a good value. Staff was friendly. Property was going through some upgrades but wasn’t a big problem. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the rocking chairs and patio furniture on balcony. We sat outside and played some card games and enjoyed the nice weather. The only complaint I can say was traffic was loud at times but we had a room on the end closest to the road. Family in the room next to us said they didn’t really notice the noise. Also really enjoyed the convenience of all the restaurants and activities around the property.

We stayed in one of the loft rooms with three beds & it was so spacious. The room was clean. There was literally no noise. We heard traffic noise somewhat but we never heard anything within the lodge. Breakfast was just snack type foods, but at least it was something. The beds were a little too firm for me, but everyone has their own preference. We would definitely stay again.

The rooms were clean, room service was very respectful of belongings when cleaning the room. The hot tub is absolutely amazing. Its central location makes it easy to get around the town, with a lot of things just within walking distance. This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and plan to do it again next year too. The check in and out process was super simple and convenient. Not a huge selection for breakfast, but there is a breakfast in the main lobby.

The accommodations were nice, comfortable beds, etc. It would ofbeennice if there had of been a rubber mat or something similar in the shower. Ut was very slippery & also needed a couple of bars to hold on to. Other than that, we really enjoyed it.

We were only in town for the night so we grabbed this 3 bed 2 bath room. The lrice was excellent and so was the room. The place is a lottle dated but doesn't have anything to do with the comfort and price. Breakfast was "grab and go" but they did have tables and cereal and oatmeal. No complaints from anyone in our party.

Our first time staying at Timbers Lodge and will definitely come back. Location is great, centrally located and walkable to the Island and other attractions. The room was comfortable and clean.
