By far one of the best trips to Vegas and mainly our stay in this beautiful home was why. We have been coming to Vegas for 20+ years and this was such a gem of a place for us and our dogs. Super clean, comfy and so cute. We will continue to utilize this home when we are coming to Vegas for the rodeo. Love that it is not on the strip and it takes me out of the mad house of the strip. The host was aammaaaazzziiinmggg AMAZING!!!

Everything was amazing! Just one thing: I wish the pillows had half the amount of feathers. A smaller pillow would have been great for sleeping.

First issue very slow at check in despite a short line. Next only 2 towels for 4 guests so we had to wait 30 minutes for towels and tip the staff member. Then we went to use the shower and no water came out. Maintenance sent 2 people who were very nice but unable to fix the shower so we were moved to a new room—by this time it was 1:30am. Not sure why they didn’t move us initially. Room was dusty and furniture is worn.

This hotel is a great off strip property.
Hotel is clean and rooms are spacious.
Staff is hospital and courteous. Love that there is no charge to park.
The only thing it does not have going for it is restaurants. It lacks in that department.
Otherwise, everything else is very good.

This place was above and beyond all expectations for the room rate paid. I know its an event center and resort but the room rate at the time was somewhere about what you'd expect to pay for a shady no-tell motel. But the ambiance, staff and experience was like staying vip style at the Waldorf Astoria. The room was amazing and the service was even better. Will stay here again gladly

Great stay overall the only downside were the beds as they were not very comfortable. The matress was a bit on the hard side with my bad back.

No power in hotel for 2 hours when we arrived.. on cell with your company for 11/2 hours trying to cancel reservation and go elsewhere. Couldn’t get a supervisor on cell, after 2 people transferring calls. No compensation.. no apology NOTHING! Probably will go direct next time!

Not too busy. Very relaxing with great customer care... the gaming attendants could learn to smile more. The food has been outstanding.

The main public areas are beautiful and well taken care of. The Pool Bar Area is wonderful. Your staff is very helpful and friendly. The bakery shop has the best pastries and coffee.
On the negative side, I think your rooms need a refresh/update. Plus, some of the housekeeping staff did not do a thorough job cleaning our room. The sheets are not up to par, there was evidence of stains (washed) on the top sheet. There also is some mold in the shower area. The room we stayed in definitely needs to be more clean and needs a refresh.

First time staying at this property and I was pleasantly surprised. It was very nice, clean and friendly staff. Good selection of restaurants. Fitness center was awesome, had everything I needed and clean! Only con I would say is family rented a pool cabana and I asked if they could turn on the misters (100 degrees) I was told they turn them on when the temps hit 105. Really? Our cabana server Jay/J?? was phenomenal.

The room was amazing with a great view, the food on site was also great. There was plenty of entertainment in the hotel.
