We stayed in a two bedroom unit (27F) overlooking the stunning Pacific Coast. Every room was spacious and clean. The customer service was helpful and kind. We loved our stay, thank you.

Amazing location and customer service

The property was absolutely gorgeous right on the cliff of Delmar Beach! it was spotless, spacious ,and the office staff was very friendly! The only thing is the train noise was very loud as the train track is only hundred yards away -not the regular train, but the freight train was very loud . I would still book it again, regardless.

The room was filled with ants and other bugs which I have pictures and videos to prove, and they fasly represented the room making it seem like it would be an ocean front room with a patio, and it was nothing like that. There was no patio or view of the water from the room. Then they wanted to keep telling me about going to their tiny pool like that’s going to make up for what we walked into on my wife’s birthday. She was very disturbed by the conditions of the room and even further infuriated by the gentleman at the front desk offering us to come and spray bug spray in the room. Then the gentleman at the front desk went as far as blaming the false representation of the room on Expedia and not the hotel, taking no ownership at all. Overall it was a terrible experience for the 15 minutes we stayed there. We ended up leaving and they still won’t refund us.

Fabulous property, loved the location and thank you for giving us the beachfront property. It was the best! Check-in was a breeze, pool and hot tub were clean. Unit was clean (shower needs a little repair). Will definitely be back!

Great place to stay and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Would have liked to check in earlier than the 4 pm check-in time.

Great room. Only problem, since it’s a studio and we sleep right next to the kitchen area, is that the refrigerator is extremely noisy

Wonderful-exceeded our expectations in every way. It was much nicer than the photos.beautiful location, on a Cliff right over the ocean. It was quiet, very clean, and the furnishings and everything were new, bright and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and unpretentious.

The Resort is wonderful! Very clean and quiet. The cabins with 2 bedroom have an AMAZING view!

5-Star Stay in Del Mar Seaside! Modern accommodations with ocean views and easy access to one of Southern California’s best beaches and restaurants! Beautiful pool with gorgeous views of the ocean! Will definitely return to this best kept secret! Front desk service was great!

Nice little gem of a spot. The studio isnt too bad. Got the job done for a little mom and dad get away. Staff was cool and you can walk to almost any place (weather permitting) it was raining during our stay.

Wave Crest was amazing... my cottage unit has Beautiful views of the ocean...you can literally hear the surf. 2 bedroom, 2 Bath unit, spacious, vaulted ceilings...easy check in/out Brittany kind, knowledgeable of property and surrounding area amenities

We live in San Diego but had a water leak at home and decided to get away for a night locally. The location is unparalleled. The view was amazing and the 2 bedroom condo was perfect (more than enough room) for 2 adults and 2 kids. The staff was so sweet and friendly and available. 10/10 would recommend.

very quiet and comfortable. everything was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, wine glasses, pots, and paper towels. The trains didn't bother us at all. Only a few go by each day and they're short passenger trains, so not very noisy. I was surprised that we had a nice view of the ocean from our upstairs apt. And Del Mar is such a nice little town.

There is a train that honks all night every 30 minutes. There is no warning about this or anything done by the Hotel to remedy this. Impossible to sleep there.

Excellent location with easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. The property is well cared for and we plan to return for another mini vacation.

Really enjoyed my stay here. It's the perfect location, and a great value. Love being so close to the ocean, as well as a short walk to the bars & restaurants. Everyone on staff was friendly, and the facilities were clean. My only gripe was that our bed in the studio was old and extremely uncomfortable. The bed frame was so noisy we had a hard time sleeping because any time you move around, the bed creaks very loudly. Our pillows were also pretty small. I would love to return, but the bed frame and mattresses really need to be updated. .

A compound of seaside cottages linked together by paths and beautiful landscaping, with breathtaking views of the crashing surf below. Our “room” for 2 was actually a one bedroom one bath cottage with Livingston and kitchen. The pool was adequately sized and gated and locked to prevent inadvertent entry by unaccompanied children. We arrived 2 hours before check in but were given a parking pass and entry to the pool area and use of the grounds. Couldn’t imagine a better place for location and comfort.

Location, location, location. Property is within walking distance to many dining options, shops and beach. Sunset at the property is breathtaking. Property is extremely clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room was a bit outdated yet no concerns. Will be back.

The resort is not directly on the beach. You have a large hill down to the railroad tracks then an even larger cliff down to the beach. You have to walk to the local park to be able to have beach access. Also the pictures are deceiving as only a few rooms have the patio area overlooking the water. There are many rooms that have no ocean view - sadly this is where our two rooms were. Also if you book through Expedia they may make you move rooms if your stay is not Sunday to Sunday. The day before we were to check out they called and said we needed to move rooms, we were told Expedia at times books two rooms since it’s different weeks. After much discussion we did not move but it was a disruption of our vacation. The hot tub was also closed most of our stay. A few things that the area does offer is a dog friendly beach, walking trail along the train tracks and a lot of good restaurants.
