There for Carnival. It was the PERFECT place to Stay! I plan on going back and Hope to stay in the same Hotel!

My personal experience was ok for the time that I was there. Above all the hang ups one could have with this hotel I can comfortably say it’s perfect for anyone traveling to Rio for carnaval like I was. This hotel has a lot of room for improvement, but I’d say my stay was okay!

The room was cleaned but the bathroom was not really there were small flying insects. I don’t think they change bed sheets we stayed a whole week. And I didn’t know the water was not for free I went to plenty hotel they gave water for free everyday

Whomever categorized this hotel as 4 starts needs to be fired, 2 stars at best…..Elevators malfunctioned, no lighting in hallways, need a flaslight to find room number…. Room was infested with crawling and flying insects…. Horrible experience, will definitely never return.

We liked that there was secure parking for our car. The size of the room was sufficient. There were several places to eat around the area. Most of the staff was friendly. Some were quite rude. The language barrier was periodically an issue. Only some of the staff spoke English and Spanish. When you call reception or room service they never answered. You have to go speak to the reception desk in person. We stayed at the hotel 7 days and the breakfast was the same every single day. The internet was super spotty. There was no refrigerator in the room or hair dryer. I asked for a hair dryer and it never arrived. When I asked again hours later, they said they must have all been borrowed. There was only two regular sheets on the bed and the bottom sheet kept coming off. There was no blanket or comforter. The lighting in the room was horrible. It made it very difficult to see.

Internett was not function at night...

The area is the worse in Rio. The beds were dirty. Even semen on the couch. Management didn’t tried at all to help. Hotels.com Did not protect me at all. All in all, the worse hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Boutique hotel close to the harbour and walking distance to dining areas and a few sightseeing spots

The property is conveniently located, very clean and nice but the service and internet needs improvement. We asked for additional linen and towels and it took them hours to bring them. I know they were fully booked but it shouldn’t have taken that long. The internet was super slow. We were on the 10th floor.

The hotel is horrible DIRTY and in the furniture is mostly destroyed

No Wi-Fi. They say there is wifi, but it doesn’t work. Totally useless.

My Boyfriend and I stayed two nights here. The first room was completely wet, the sheets, the walls. After we got another room, the second one had stinking bedsheets and after we removed the sheets we saw in what bad conditions the pillows are. Full with yellow stains and smelling like mold. The breakfast is okey, the juices are not fresh and made with powder. For a 4 star hotel? The wifi is really bad and the personal was not helpful when I got sick and my boyfriend just asked for a spoon so I could eat my soup. They said no and didn't helped further. The area is not safe.

AMAZING PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE. THANK YOU FOR CARING FOR MY MOM. SHE LOVED It. People really took care of my mom.

Friendly staff who seemed pressed with the volumes of tourists arriving late off buses. Received a single room when i had paid for a double.

Location was good, acess to restaurants and night life . Meal buffets are provided daily and relatively affordable.

Very nice hotel i was honestly impressed as i had stayed at hotel alantico tower the nights before this. the only thing that was displeasing was the slow checkin/checkout process. they dont have enough people working the counter its always a 30-45 min wait to be able to check in or out.

Property Was in a very Rough area , that is what you can expect for the price you pay , No room service , just water and sodas early during the day dont expect to ask for wate late at night , towels had Hair from previous Stays , BEWARE AND CHECK YOUR TOWELS HERE 3 TIMES TOWELS CAME WITH HAIR NOT JUST A SMALL HAIR IT WAS A BALL OF HAIR TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE

Em um geral foi bom, uma pena o hotel não fornecer máscaras, uma hóspede que estava comigo tinha perdido a dela, e ela foi impedida de tomar o café da manhã. Ela precisou sair para comprar uma. O frigobar não funcionava, segundo o hotel, não estava incluso no quarto mas também não havia nada no quarto dizendo que não funcionava. A limpeza do quarto muito boa, as meninas que arrumaram são legais e super prestativas.

O apartamento estava sujo, com restos sobre os lençóis, sem cobertas e com o interfone quebrado. Ao me dirigir para a recepção fui informado que a camareira faria a limpeza imediatamente. Após 1:30h de espera, incomunicável, tive que descer novamente e somente após uma grande confusão na recepção fui transferido de quarto.

The room was disgusting! Very dirty... bedbugs and bugs in the shower.. I complain to the front desk about the bedbugs and the bugs in the shower… They move my room… The second room they gave me still had bugs in the shower on the ceiling, the refrigerator was plugged in but the cooling coil‘s that makes refrigerator cold were taken out of the refrigerator so basically the fridge raider was useless. I made complaints about the second room I called hotels.com for help hotels.com decide to call them and tell them that I checked out which was untrue. I told hotels.com that I want a new room .. and after all this complaining nothing was done. And then at check out… This is my favorite part… They tell me that I owe them an extra money … Because hotels.com price their room to low .… I will never book a hotel.com again I will never stay at this hotel again , worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life

The location around the property is full of graffiti. The hotel is always crowded and 1 out of 3 elevators are working. The beds themselves are old and the mattresses are shaped like a hammock because of their use and age. There were no snacks provided in the supposed snack bar in the room, not even water available. There is no onsite parking, so it was very difficult and stressful to be dealing with this issue whilst trying to check-in. Overall, I will not stay in this hotel again.

1. Two elevators out of three were broken for more than half of my stay. 2. Refrigerator was broken during my entire stay in the room. 3. Staff do not follow COVID safety protocol. Not wearing masks or changing gloves during cleanups. 4. EXTREMELY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL SUPERVISOR. Made derogatory remarks about my guest's physical appearance in front of 20 something people waiting in reception. Entire time he was screaming. He also asked me for 100 reals. If my guest does not stay overnight why do you ask for money?? Then when I point out all the problems in his hotel, he tried to return the money. Which I refused to take back anyways. The Supervisor also told me if I dont like his hotel why do I stay in his establishment??? Really thats what you say to a paying guest? I Checked out of the hotel same night and booked my rest of the 4 nights stay with another hotel. VERY RUDE. 5. Their payment processing system does not even work properly in the reception. They are forcing people to use their in house ATM, so they can extract more money from people during check out. Terrible. The only negative experience I had in my entire 8 days trip was from this hotel.
