Has beautiful views on the rooftop! Rooms are modern, clean. Breakfast was great! Staff all friendly and helpful. I would have wanted to stay longer but had to go back to reality

We loved the property and very friendly customer service. The only inconvenience is that they don’t have an iron in every room, also they charge 120 Rl. Just to open a bottle of the wine that you bring to the hotel

Another great stay at Yoo2! The highlight is always the service… from the front desk to the restaurant/ breakfast, people are just so nice! I guess I’ve tried several different types of room here now, and although they differ in size/ view, basically all of them are good and fairly comfortable. Great shower even in the rooms with a smaller bathrooms. As I always say, just the matress could be a little softer for my taste, but nothing to really worry about.

Great location if you do not want to be in the hustle of Copacabana Beach area, we were able to walk to Sugar Loaf Mountain, Christ the Redeemer, and Copacabana Beach. (we are walkers but Uber and Taxi’s here are very inexpensive.) The hotel is very good and reasonably priced for Rio. The front desk staff were amazing and spoke English. A shout out to Fernanda she was very helpful with all of our questions. We stayed at this hotel and booked a basic King room, which was nice but not the view of the beach and the Marina. After three nights the hotel offered us an upgrade to a much larger room with the view. Amazing! My suggestion would be book a the view room on the upper floors. The rooms are nice, clean, good wifi, the shower has hot with great water pressure. The rooftop pool and bar are nice for relaxing and a drink. The breakfast is really good, with lots of selection and good tasting coffee! The restaurant manager Denise is very friendly and takes pride in her job. Overall we had a great stay and all the staff are very friendly and helpful PS They have courtesy bikes which was great as the biking bath is across the street from the hotel. Shopping mall and lots of restaurants nearby

Yoo2 was an awesome hotel experience. The rooftop, with its pool and bar, has possibly one of the best views of Rio. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location could not be more ideal. It is right on the beach and Botafogo is a great neighborhood with good restaurants and a metrô stop that is in pretty much equidistant to Centro and Ipanema - so anywhere you want to go is convenient. Botafogo is also a lot more chill than the likes of Copacabana and Ipanema.

Amazing stay! Marvelous room with a great view of the bay! Fantastic shower and roomy bathroom. Hotel smells great too! Services are of a top quality! Very attentive personnel everywhere in the hotel! Only point to improve in my view: bed could be a little softer. Overall a wonderful stay!

Loved the complementary bicycles and breakfast

It was just what we needed. It was small but it worked just fine with my husband. The staff was very helpful and I loved the rooftop bar and the staff up there was amazing.

Great views from the room and plenty of dining options in the area. Not on Ipanema or Copacabana if that's where you want to be, but also less expensive with all the views.

Nothing negative to report, staff were excellent and engaging. A good hotel for families.

brilliant hotel in a lovely part of Rio pros - very modern hotel , great veiw from pool area of botafogo bay , sugar loaf & christ the redeemer , good breakfast selection, very friendly helpful staff , close to botafogo metro station, shopping mall & supermarkets nearby , plenty of restaurents close too good sized bed & nice clean shower cons - rooms on small side , cable tv very poor for english selection channels , ridiculously over priced @ new year

My friend and I recently stayed at Yoo2 for the holiday week (NYE). From beginning to end, everything was exceptional! The staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful with all of our questions. The views from the rooftop were amazing and the location is perfect! While our room was small, the beds were so comfortable! The included breakfast was an added plus and the spa massage booked was a well needed and convenient service. I would absolutely rebook if visiting again and recommend to others.

This hotel has a very magnificent view of sugar loaf ! I Arrived at this hotel around 10 PM snd there was no room service available at the hotel …I could not find any restaurants walking distance to go to …Over all …the hotel was not so bad for a one night stay !

Great location, especially on the weekend when the road shuts down and you can walk for hours by the beach and sure… In either direction; local shopping hip and trendy hotel with great rooftop bar. Stayed for almost a week, with limited staff interaction or personalization for mice day…; Deborah at the front desk what is the warmest and friendliest. As someone who stays and travels quite often, have to say the housekeeping was the weakest aspect… Both and consistency and in cleaning quality. Between no trash pick up one day and non-restocking of amenities others…, Seems like minimal interaction with the room what is the goal for a stay over. Twice during my stay I asked for the room to be serviced prior to 12 noon as I planned on returning from sightseeing and taking a nap before going out that evening. For the majority of the day the room was not serviced by 4 PM, so if you had been siting and managed to make it back before four it was hard to sit and relax in the room before dinner. Really enjoyed the rooftop bar and breakfast; how to say by far breakfast was the strongest aspect of this hotel… Always hot always fresh and always an amazing selection.

A vista do rooftoop realmente é o único ponto positivo do hotel. De forma geral, o hotel é antigo com uma “maquiada” na decoração para parecer novo. Quarto sem abertura de janela que não tem circulação de ar, cama antiga, quarto antigo. Café da manhã bem ruim, parecia que tudo era velho… e em um ambiente fechado e escuro. o pessoal é muito atencioso mas realmente não compensa o valor. O cardápio do bar é bem limitado e caro, poderia ser muito melhor. Não nos hospedaremos novamente.

The staff was the best part of staying at Yoo2. We even got a free upgrade (the room was still very tiny but it was a nice gesture). Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The only problem I had was that bc I went Rio during the winter months, it was pretty chilly and the heat did not work in my room.

Além de toda qualidade das instalações as pessoas que nos atenderam foram muito gentis e prestativas. O quarto era incrível, com uma vista acolhedora, mesmo sendo da cidade, e o bar no rooftop e os drinks eram maravilhosos. Eu e minha noiva nos sentimos muito bem recebidas.
