Good value hotel in a busy location, close to many restaurants and coffee shops, bars. Great communication regarding the late check-in, including the complimentary room upgrade.

Excellent premises, there was a wonderful perfume when you enter the building (as well as when you open the closets), clean apartment that included all required equipment (even washing machine with its washing powder). The lady at the reception was very kind and supportive on our requests. Definetely, we would think it again next time we visit Thessaloniki.

What a wonderful property, I was so happy to have a lovely studio with great a little kitchen to cook in and a washing machine. Very clean and well maintained in a quiet area, but close to everything. There are three supermarkets on this street as well as plenty of coffee shops. Most restaurants about ten minutes away. Also ten minute walk to the train station. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

This is not a luxury apt. as stated in its name. Newly updated, not my favorite choice of colors but nice and clean. Easy to find. Has a small elevator. All appliances were cheap but newer and worked, Except the hair dryer it kept turning off while I used it. The air conditioning unit worked well but was right over the bed which bothered my husbands allergies. The thin blanket on the bed was just big enough to cover the top of the bed. Could only be used by one person. Foam mattress with 2 cheap pillows. The towels were smaller but adequate. The bathroom was smaller but adequate for one person to use at a time . No counter space. The location was .5 miles from the train-station and about 1 mile from the sea port/ squares. The area was loud all night long, dogs barking, people yelling and partying all 3 nights … Hard for me to get good sleep. Not the apt fault but good to know. The staff were polite and helpful. They did NOT have free breakfast as listed or a free gift at arrival.

Exceptionally clean place, we stayed in the comfort suite and had everything we needed as a couple. The cleaners work very hard and clean the apartment to a very high standard. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful and the Polis Apartments offer an airport transfer service which gives you peace of mind. Location is very good allowing you access to all that Thessaloniki offers and is also close to resorts and hotels that offer Polis customers access to their pools and sun beds (small charge) for those holiday makers that like to sunbathe as well as be right in the middle of a city. We highly recommend these apartments and will be coming back, you even have a washing machine in your apartment! which means you can pack lightly or travel back home without a mass of washing to sort when you get back. We would recommend a visit to Peraia Beach which is a 45mins boat trip from Thessaloniki, you can get on at either the white tower or port promenade for just €7 per person each way.

Enjoyed staying in this part of town. Late check in was simple given the assistance from Polis staff. The apartment was clean and comfortable to stay in.

This was a wonderful experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The price was reasonable. The best part of this stay was the fact that this place was extremely clean, well kept, and efficient! There also was easy parking in a parking garage nearby for a minimal fee. I would stay here again when in the area. It was lovely…

The apartment had everything my father and I needed and more! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and assisted us with our every need which included lending me a laptop so I could finish some work I had to do. When we checked out we were given a farewell gift which we appreciated. Can't wait to return and stay here again!!!!

Studio apartment was a good size, but maybe didn't make best use of the space. The 'kitchen' area could have done with a larger unit, as it was, the kettle was balanced on top of the microwave. And while this might be a small detail, (and this happens in lots of places), how does anyone think two people can make do with just three hangers in the wardrobe? Having said that, they did bring three more when we asked. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and pleasant and recommended a restaurant which was excellent. It may not be what I would call a luxury apartment, but it was clean, comfortable and reasonably central.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very, very nice; the service was wonderful, so accommodating; and it is in a very good location. It made our time in Thessaloniki even more special.
