Large room, traditional style, on the top floor. Very quit. Comfortable bed. New bathroom with very nice shower. Breakfast good.

Great location by the ferrocarril. Lovely rooms. Had pool & sun terrace though we didn’t use. The restaurant food was very good.

Friendly welcome. Beautiful old building with lovely mix of antique furniture and modern comforts. Immaculate bedroom with dressing area and contemporary bathroom. Small but more than adequate stylish pool area. Fantastic choice at the buffet breakfast and lovely quiet courtyard to enjoy it. Seconds from the train station to/from Palma and tram stop to the beach at Port Soller. Perfect location right in the centre of the beautiful town of Soller. Ideal for all the cafes, shops, walking, hiring bikes etc. I stayed with my 16 year old son for a father/son mini break but would recommend this hotel for couples, single travellers or anyone else. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cant wait to return. Muchos gracias El Guia.

Can’t fault anything at all, I really enjoyed my stay and was made to feel very welcome. The parking is difficult in town however.

Very friendly staff, generous breakfast buffet with eggs, bacon, meat, cheese, fruit, pastries. Walking distance to town centre, Saturday market is just steps away. Note that the train from Palma doesn't run in the winter. And the tram to the port is replaced by a shuttle van. Double room is small, with not much space to walk around the bed, but fine for one person. Perfect spot for a solo weekend to do not much of anything. Very quiet at night, felt very safe.

Wonderful location, room was clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely, couldn't have been more helpful. Always a smile. Breakfast was plentiful and we ate it in the pretty courtyard. All in all a great few days at El Guia and if we find ourselves back in Soller we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Apparently the oldest hotel in Soller, situated just a few short steps from the train station. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we set foot in reception. A 'welcome' glass of Cava topped things off. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful, our stay felt like we had been re-acquainted with old friends. The hotel is a short stroll from the central square of Soller making it ideally situated yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The buffet breakfasts are excellent and can be taken in the restaurant or on the terrace. The pool had just been completed before our stay. A welcome addition in the heat of the day. Our abiding memories will include the lovely hotel, it's proximity to everything you require, the mountains, the scenery, the port of Soller but most of all of Britt and Elisia for making our holiday such a warm pleasant experience. Must also mention the late checkout facility. A god send if you have a later flight home.

Friendly, quiet hotel in the old part of Soller a few steps from the tram. Stayed for a 4 night break. Pleasant, clean, twin room and immaculate ensuite. Friendly staff made us feel very welcome and looked after.
