Gorgeous beach, clean quiet very well maintained property.. We will definitely be back!!

Excellent vacation rental. It has all the amenities that you could imagine. Very clean. Very helpful staff. Beat beach. Easy access to near by publix. Easy parking. I loved it.

Great location, the property is a little bit outdated, some electrical switches need to be fixed, towels weren’t clean, otherwise we had a great stay

Our stay was perfect at Casa Del Mar! We loved being right on the beach, but also close enough to fun shopping and restaurants. The resort was relaxed and had everything we needed for our babymoon/anniversary get away! The kitchen comes with all pots, pans and eating items. Just a warning there is zero food provided, not even salt & pepper, so you’ll either need to buy that or bring it with you. The local Publix grocery store is just a couple miles away and so beautiful inside! The condo also had a washer & dryer, with a detergent pod provided, so we got to do all our laundry before we even came home! This was such a nice touch. This was the best place to come for a relaxing, no stress get away. We can’t wait to come back in the future with our little one! Thank you all so much for this amazing stay!!

We really enjoyed our 5 days and 4 nights at Casa Del Mar. The property is well maintained and this particular unit was beautiful. Mattresses could have been a little better but we still all slept well after a full day of beaching and dining.

We would come back again. Very clean condo and beach was just as nice.

First time staying here. We had a great experience! Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Excellent grilling area with 6 Weber grills and two black stone flat tops the size of a hibatchi table. The property is beautiful and well maintained. I will definitely come back yearly.

The condo was spotless. Nice layout for family room and kitchen. Nice having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, even though they were on the cozy side.

Rundown! It’s not a 4 star chould be considered a 3 star. Only the Beach is amazing!

We stayed in unit D14. Perfect place to stay right on the ocean! Resort and staff were wonderful. Surrounding area was beautiful. The only downside was the master bed was difficult to sleep on and the cooking utensils were lacking. The bed would collapse in when my husband and I would get in and we are not big people. So, this really made for an uncomfortable nights sleep for the week. Replace the mattress and cooking utensils and the unit will be perfect. My husband and I definitely plan to come back and would recommend this resort hands down. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Apartment inside very clean, new, no problem with that. Didn’t like service here. Laundry not working. U have to stay in a room and do laundry all day. No water by the pool. In this hot weather u need to drink something.

Property is beautiful. You have your own apartment. Access to pool and beach is within feet of your back door. We stayed a total of 10 days. A few days into our stay with 2 children under 3 we noticed some roaches, we were grossed out, killed them and bc it is Florida we went to the front desk and asked to have someone clean our room and noticed there was a hole near the door as an entry point bc we saw 2 more come out we request to have it closed up. 2 days later our room was still not cleaned but a maintenance guy came to “fix” the hole. Later that evening we noticed 2 more roaches this time they were in the sofa, in the pull out bed and I was like no way. We tried calling the # for someone and the front desk closes early the overnight security man was kind enough to switch our room for the night until we could speak the the front desk the next morning. We relayed our concerns that the couch was infested and they let us stay in the new room but what a hassle to move everything. They offered us a free umbrella for the beach as an inconvenience. Which to me was kinda lousy customer service all around. And also an FYI there are bugs on the beach that are at sunset and sunrise called “noseeum’s” be careful they bite you can not see them they feel like a quick sting and they are worse than mosquito bites! Bring bug spray!

The unit was very clean, great location, beautiful beach. Our stay was just perfect, can’t imagine better place to stay !! Highly recommended for a family vacation!

Our stay was relaxing and comfortable. We were treated with respect and very cordially by every member of the staff we encountered. Definitely recommend Casa Del Mar for family trips.

The condo was spacious and clean. The landscaping was beautiful. The beach was clean, well-maintained, and relaxing!

Condo was absolutely beautiful. Clean and well stocked. Every unit had beautiful views because of the landscaping. Barbecue pavilion was very well equipped and clean. Great place for family fun and relaxing. Staff was wonderful. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is. Definitely would go again.

Nice condos, nicely furnished, mostly clean, pool warm first two nights but colder the next not sure why, not enough tore in condos and they won’t provide more with out pay? Super odd considering how much you pay for unit. We enjoyed our stay otherwise. Thank u

The property itself was great, heated pool but not a large patio area next to the pool. We had made our own alcoholic drinks in Yeti cups and brought to the pool, we placed them near the pool so we could sip them. Security came and told us we could not have our Yeti cups within 4 feet of the pool, which was disappointing. They provide little paper products, we went to the office to get a roll of toilet paper, we were given one roll but were told that if we ask for more it would be $2, and an extra garbage bag would be a dollar, again disappointing. This resort is not a place for young adults or couples traveling alone that want to have fun, but a rental property that caters to retirees and young families. There is no restaurant here, and none on the beach, you have to drive a few miles to town which we did, it was so nice. We enjoyed ourselves but would not come back to Casa Del Mar.

Wow! We loved Casa del Mar. Condo was well appointed with an oceanfront balcony. Beach and pool area were excellent. We used the BBQ grills frequently and they had all the grill utensils etc right there. The grounds are extremely well kept with rare cardboard palms, hibiscus and grand palm trees throughout the property. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Can't wait to go back.

I couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay at Casa Del Mar on Longboat Key. Our condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, and stocked with everything we needed including dishes/kitchen stuff, towels, beach towels, and toiletries. It was nice to have a dishwasher as well as a washer and dryer. The oceanfront view from our room was awesome!! Free parking right by our room. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. Any issue we had (batteries died in thermostat) was taken care of immediately after we called. You can rent big beach umbrellas for $20 a day which the staff puts up for you. Free beach chairs and loungers. Pool was bigger than we expected and very nice; right in front of the ocean! We were going to stay in Siesta Key, but I’m so glad we chose Longboat.. The neighborhood here is very beautiful and quiet. Private/uncrowded beach. If you are looking for night life/shops/fine dining it’s only about a 10-15 minute drive in either direction. I usually like to stay somewhere different every time I go on vacation, but Casa Del Mar is a place I would love to return to! It seems like many of the people who stay here have been coming for years and I see why. We had a perfect vacation. Thanks Casa Del Mar!

Weather was great this is the perfect location for a beach vacation. The condo was clean and just the right size for my family. The beds could’ve been a bit more comfy but we all know traveling is a a crap shoot to find a bed as comfortable as your own. Had a fabulous vaca anyways would definitely stay again.
