We had a really nice stay at Andaz and really enjoyed the restaurant for all of our meals.

WARNING! Management is HORRIBLE! If you use third party booking website, such as this one, and your plans change as mine did while I was out here on business (meetings ended a day early) this resort will not check you out early and credit you back. Literally EVERY other hotel I have ever been to, regardless of how the room was booked, meaning at the non-refundable rate, will honor an early check out with proper notice. It actually even happened to me on this same business trip, while I was at an extremely nice Hilton resort nearby, was accommodating and checked me out early. The manager at that competing resort Knows customer service. While at the ANDAZ, I advised the manager Daniel on Monday that my business was going to wrap up early and I needed to check out a day early, and after many discussions, he denied the option to honor my early check out. Not sure why he is so entitled, but he is on a power trip. Typical modern day customer service by this new younger generation that has zero idea of how good customer service looks. I contacted the Hyatt and they advised it was the hotels discretion. VERY DISAPPOINTED! The rest of the staff was great, pool needed a good cleaning though.

If you're considering this property it's a definite Go. I love this property.

The best hotel in scottsdale

Beautiful property and the customer service team is top tier.

The room needed a good cleaning and was small. The staff was great, but the non-smoking policy was not enforced on the property grounds.

This has become our go-to staycation resort for location, service, rooms, pool, spa, food and beyond. Any issue or question is resolved quickly. Checkin is easy and personal. Rooms are 1-story, quiet and private. Property is exceptionally maintained with beautiful landscape in the shadow of Camelback Mountain. We will be back!!

Really loved that the property is large and spread outwith lots of open spaces. Conveniently located, and free transportayion to fashion square mall is a plus.

A lot of bugs inside the property Showers weren’t cleaned well Front yard and back yard chairs and tables were so dirty and dusty you couldn’t even sit on them Mini bar list said there was complimentary snacks etc and there was none

Room service was not on the ball with anything. Towels were all stained and dingy. It changed this trip for sure.

The property was beautiful! Our room was great and spacious and had everything we needed. We used the spa, the spa pool and the restaurant and loved all three! The only critique was the music at the main pool was soooo loud. It was audible from our room, which was one of the further away rooms, and made going around the area unenjoyable for me.

This property was suberbly and miticulously maintained and clean. Was an absolute lovely experience. I will definitely come back and enjoy the beauty.

Too many insects in my room

I would definitely return but there were issues with my room, 32D. Mold in shower and basin, scratched or damaged furniture, walls and baseboards needed painting, etc. The exterior of the property is well looked after but the rooms need more scrutiny and maintenance attention. Very nice Drybar blowdryer provided. That was great. The coffee machines need to be upgraded though. Replace those cheap Braun machines w/ good quality Nespresso.

Excellent service, food, pool and overall layout and grounds. We loved it and would love to return.
