I love this hotel, it is the second I stay here and I can’t wait go back. I stayed in the residency area, it was so clean, the room was impeccable. Location is excellent because you are near the beach, the city center but not in the middle of the craziness. Perfect for solo, couples, friends or family trip.

The hotel refused to give the last day a refund despite the fact I understand the policy of the hotel. Usually, big chains have flexibility but I guess it was not the case of Marriott.
I requested the cleaning service on Oct 19(Saturday) in the morning but when I came back at 4pm it was not done.
I really had a great impression on my 1st visit in 2022 but I guess that was it. This is me 2nd time staying here but I guess I will stay in a different hotel next time.

Rooms are spacious with a great view from high floors

Property was beautiful and staff were wonderful. The only reason for giving 4/5 stars is that the hotel had some construction happening and there was constant drilling noise making it hard to relax and enjoy the outdoor space such as pool and bar area. The noise could also be heard in the Spa area.

Great experience at the Hyatt the staff was very welcoming. Very secure with private taxi service right at the door. Nice pool overlooking the ocean.
The restaurants offer a nice verity of food but you’re closely located to the walled city with plenty of restaurant selections

Amazingly beautiful! Everyone was extremely helpful especially guest services in finding places and things to do while during our stay !

If I could give them 1000 stars, I would! They made my birthday trip perfect! They called me on the morning of my birthday and told me happy birthday, brought up a delicious waffle to my room, gifted a chocolate cake and chocolate covered strawberries for us! It was just all around beautiful. Everyone was so friendly! I did a massage at the spa and it was a 1000/10! The view was IMPECCABLE! It was just an all around great place. When I visit Cartagena again, I’ll make sure to stay here!

Property was great. People where amazing and its very close to everything. Less than 15 to 20 mins from all major stuff. Only thing i would recommend to change is adding umbrellas to the pool area. Never been in a resort where they was no umbrella to keep out from the blazing sun. Other than that Property was 9.5 out 10.

This hotel was beautiful, clean and the views were stunning. The staff were all amazing., especially Fernanda and Ibeth two wonderful helpful ladies.

We had a great stay at this hotel. My son enjoyed the multiple swimming pools. The hotel is close to everything in Bocagrande and only a 10 minute drive from the walled city. Wished the kids club had been open at the time of our stay but was closed due to renovations. The room was clean and tidy and the staff was more than 5 stars in their level of service and hospitality.

The views are great, lobby is on the 12th floor rooms go up from there. Nice gym facility, 2 pools, full serve bar and restaurants outside or in. Staff could not have been more accommodating

It's all about the pool for this one. And the pools are awesome.
The rest of the hotel is a bit more average. THe club lounge is curRently being renovated and the interim room has a real canteen feeling about it. Breakfast buffet has a large choice, but waiting times for eggs was more than 30 minutes and buffet item refills for e.g. bread or butter were ignored. Rooms were nice but its not possible to turn the AC below 23°C.
So overall, its just the small things that make it more like a 3-4 star experience than a 5 star.
