Everything was excellent about this hotel. My only complaint was that the air conditioning only worked when your room key (with the fob attached for air conditioning) was in. Therefore the rooms were terribly hot and would take all night of you sleeping to feel vaguely cool. The air conditioning also didn’t feel that great tbh. However this hotel is great in all other aspects.

One week family holiday at the Louis Althea Beach Resort and would definitely recommend it.
Food: We went all inclusive and every meal was tasty and full of flavour. Lots of variety and good quality food.
Staff: All very friendly and welcoming. Maria at the restaurant was exceptional with our little four year old. Fabio is a great entertainer throughout the day and especially at night, very funny and full of energy.
Entertainment: There is a children's club which our little boy loved. Treasure hunts and face painting followed by ice creams and treats kept him happy!
3 decent sized swimming pools too.

I cannot tell you how great this hotel was for us. We only spent 2 nights here but I wish we’d stayed for alot longer! The food was so lovely and the staff were literally like a 10star service. So polite friendly and just lively. I can’t even tell you. Not one staff member was rude or moody or anything. I have NEVER experienced this level of service anyway and I’ve been many 5 star hotels in the world. I will be returning again and please please visit. It’s so worth it! It’s not too hectic at all. It’s just perfect!

Everything was great. Food, pool, animation. Vanessa and Adriano was very friendly and doing great work. My daughter ❤️ them.

As an apart hotel, albeit we opted for the all inclusive, the kitchen in the room was very well equipped. The waiting staff were excellent.
What let it down is the absence of anywhere to sit in the evening to relax with a drink. Guests are required to occupy the restaurant area and endure the annimation shows. The entertainment is of a very low quality. The , so called ,Variety Show on Thursday evening was woeful. Mime acts using guests with no talent and jumping around to recorded music is the poorest entertainment imaginable. When the audience has to be told to applaude there is clearly something wrong. We were there for 3 nights and every night the entertainment offer was dreadful.
Spoils an overall enjoyable experience at this hotel.

Set up really for self catering so amenities in bedroom were excellent with full size fridge. On AI there was no reason to use any of the other cstering facilties. Quality of food was excellent and all F and B staff were well trained and attentive. Location of hotel great with lovely bay and beach promenade in both directions. Main drawback was lack of evening ambience or bar area to sit and relax and chat. Animation was great for kids but absolutely awful for adults!

The good stuff first. Great hotel in a great location. Commendable staff!!! Super helpful at all times... really warm and welcoming.
The not so good... hotel showing a bit of age. I booked a 1 bedroom suite with Expedia but we appear to have been given only a studio. We didn’t complain... but it’s niggling all the same.

It’s very much a family hotel and particularly popular with Scandinavians. There’s lots of kids. It’s out of the way from fig tree Bay Area where most the hotels are, this is where all the new modern hotels are, though you can walk or taxi there. I found this hotel to be a little dated especially the rooms. I found the sofa beds in the one bedroom apartments very odd with a few cushions thrown on top!

Stayed 10 days 9 nights at the Louis Althea Beach Hotel. We were a family of 4:
- Room was very spacious and clean and was made every day, towels were replaced every day, pool towels provided every day as well. Beds matresses are good quality and recent enough.
- Food included in the all inclusive package was an enormous surprise. Quality for an all inclusive is beyond what can be expected in this type of package. Every day was served various dishes, and every day was a different theme. You almost are never served the same dish during a week (except for the usual fries and fried dishes). The chef is doing a fantastic job.
- Service in the hotel/restaurant is absolutely perfect. The staff at the hotel is lovely very helpful. The manager Nicos was very kind and took care of evey enquiry we had. And everyone working there have smiles on their faces. It was a delight staying there.
- Installation/facilities is also very nice with 2 big pools + a kids pool, lots of sunbeds, 20 meters from the small beach which is always nice. Activities during the day are covered by a small but lovely efficient team, shows during the evening were also very good.
All in all, an excellent all inclusive hotel, we spent 10 days without an incident, and it was without a doubt one the best all inclusive experience we had.
