Everything was pleasant, from the staff being extremely nice, to the breakfast in the morning. The check out was easy peezy

We had a great stay here. Our first night the attendant helped with all our needs even thought it was late at night. Service was great. The biggest opportunity for improvement is the breakfast food was not cooked very well. The sausages were overcooked, and the waffle batter was too runny.

Second time here. Will definitely be back. Staff is so friendly

Had some trouble with key cards requiring getting new ones. Noisy at times on Saturday night after 10 pm. Wonder if signage requesting respectfulness of others through quiet would make a difference. Difficult to regulate heat. The cleanliness was quite good and front desk people were helpful.

Very clean and trendy design

Overall it was a great stay. Only thing I would recommend is to have bigger portion for breakfast. Waffle maker liquid should not be that liuquy and has to be thick for better results. It was not good at all.

rooms were dirty and out dated

We were in town for the holidays and this hotel is close to our family. Booked this hotel for an 3 night stay. Other than location and comfortable bed, I have nothing good to say. From Checkin, the person smelled like an ashtray being she was smoking outside when we got there. The mirror light in the bathroom had no bulbs which means not enough light in the bathroom when getting ready. Vent in bathroom didn’t work. We were on the 4th floor, so we were surprised by all the noise (music and load people) in middle of the night. It was cold outside so we turned off the ac when we got there and by the time we came back that evening, room had a mildewed smell and carpet felt damp. Only way to keep the smell away was to have the ac on with it being 45 degrees outside. Hyatt usually has a good reputation and we have stayed here before, not sure what is going on now but something needs to be corrected. We will be looking for a different place next trip.

My stay was good, the shower door leaked water whenever the shower was used. & The TV remote wasn’t working so I could not use the TV during my stay. Overall not too bad.

Mattress getting worn out and walls were stained and scuffed up. I stay here all the time and this room was by far the worst

Everything was as expected from a Hyatt Place property. It was clean and the service was excellent. The hotel could use some upgrades as you can tell that it older. The only complaint I have is that the security deposit was placed on hold for an entire week. I have never had this issue at any other Hyatt Place. So just beware of this when booking this hotel.

I enjoy staying with Hyatt because of their warm breakfast options and their rooms. This stay was disappointing. This location stops putting out breakfast a half hour before brkfst ends. However, they don't tell you that in advance. You learn when you come down 15 minutes prior to brkfst ending and they are taking things away and cleaning up. The kitchen staff was not warm and engaging. The available brkfst options left something to be desired. The business center was different than what I'm used to. I needed to print and fax. The front desk was able to print the item for me but they were unable to fax because the fax is in the Manager's office and it's locked when she isn't there. The 1st set of folded body towels had stains on them. They had to be replaced. The washcloths in our room needed to be replaced daily as the towels turned yellow after being wet. They need new towels or they have hard water. There was water damage at some point in the room previously. The dark shade is stained because of it and it has not been replaced. The ceiling by the window needs a repair as well.

Real good for price

the rooms was dirty and there was bed bugs on one of the two beds, to make it worse, there was nasty hair on sheets and it wasn't from the head either!! My rating is the worst - I expected so much better being a Hyatt property. The reception area was unorganized and didn't look professional at all. Not a happy guest!

The room had a musky smell but was clean overall.

Descent hotel, good variety of meals during breakfasts. Clean. No safe in the room or at the front desk. The front desk stuff is absent most of the time.

AC in room didn’t work great, it was stuffy. Charge extra fee for pets, wasn’t clear at time of booking that this was the case.

Such a clean, and awesome place to stay

Room was ok except bed table light and coffee maker didn’t work. Mattress a little soft. No extra blanket in the closet and the room was cold. Main complaint is breakfast at 7!!! Which is way late for travelers. Not even coffee available. However it was after 7:40 before they had everything available including plates and food. They looked to be short of staff, but still…..the breakfast was not good. We normally stay at a different Hyatt, which is so much better!!

We’ve stayed here many times. It’s a good value for the price. But this time we were there for 4 nights and got a room that smelled like moisture or mold. It is humid in Houston but we never smelled this before. We should have said something and gotten a different room but those it would go away once we turned the a/c down. It didn’t. Also on day four our room didn’t get cleaned. She knocked on our door in the morning and we said we were leaving in 5 minutes, which we did. She never came back.

Stayed here 6 nights from sept 21st and during that time one of the lifts was out of action,the toaster in dining room didn't work,fitness equipment was out of order and the pool was off limits,however the biggest complaint was the awful breakfast each morning,Must Do Better.

Let's start with the shared microwave, why? What's the reason? You need to go down to the lobby everytime you need to heat up something Breakfast; the people in care of Breakfast are so mean and rude. Yogurts are poured in a heavy duty pot and you have to use a spoon to scoop it. No hot chocolate. You just get fingered food for breakfast. Coffee is watered-down. The pool is broken but it's included in the price of the hotel. Elevator is broken, and ice machines on some floors aren't working. You pay $2 to wash and $3 to dry your clothes. The towels are kind of brown, not white. There are hair all over the bathroom and the towels, Broken wall pictures. I might be forgetting something, it was too much. But yea.
