Our room had bedbugs. We got bit up and had to go to Urgent Care to get treatment and prescription medications.

Stay Bridge was a nice hotel to stay in for a family wanting some space and a kitchen. I appreciate having Target, Hyvee and ALDI as well as other restaurants nearby. I do wish there is a door separating the bathroom vanities from bedroom space. My family don’t all go to sleep the same time nor wake up at the same time. It was hard for me to get myself ready early while my family is still sleeping. The noise of running water, lighting up the vanity area to do make up woke my family up. There need to be better separation.

First time staying at a Staybridge Suites and was very impressed with the hotel, the room and the price. Will definitely use the Fitchburg location again and seek them out when we travel elsewhere.

Staybridge is conveniently located by a variety of grocery stores and restaurants that I was able to walk to and from the hotel with ease. My first night I was there, there was a party outside and a social gathering in the lobby the next night. I was not bothered at all by either. I was amazed at the fact that I couldn’t hear anything from my room which was located literally by the front desk. I only knew there were social gatherings because I came out to refill my water bottle. I felt safe, the cleaning staff were kind and accommodating and the front desk were kind and always willing to help. 10/10 from my family and I.

We had a great stay!! Free wine and potato bar from 5:30-7:00, which was a nice surprise when we arrived. Friendly staff, very clean, comfy beds, and great breakfast spread!

The property is nice enough but likely needs some updates. The beds are older, caved in. Dead bugs in drawers that aren’t often used. The management was the worst part. We’ve been coming here for years and the service has gotten worse over time. Nickle and dime every single thing, even when it’s their error.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would return! The staff were professional and helpful! The three areas for improvement is that the room should have been attended to daily (garbages emptied), we could hear people walking on the floor above us and the people adjacent to our room. Otherwise, the hotel and room were very nice, clean, comfortable, and our stay was great.

Beautiful facility, suites were spacious and quite comfortable. Only concern is that we were charged$40 for "incidentals" over the confirmed price and had to ask for that to be removed at checkout. Two days later the charge still appears on credit card statement. Hopefully this will be credited soon.

Stay was good, rooms quiet and decent sized. Only complaint breakfast was at 730am which was late for going to the farmers market and for hitting the road home. Overall no complaints.
