Very well maintained

There was an all night party in the room next to us which could not be controlled by the hotel staff. Very disappointing as the hotel itself was fine until that one night.

Staff was super nice. Breakfast was very good. It's hard to find a nice place where you can say everything was good. Everything was good :-)

Kids loved the basketball hoops

There was no game room, which was one of our reasons for choosing this hotel. 🤔 Website should be updated to provide accurate information.

Breakfast on Friday was not good. The hot food items were barely warm. Breakfast on Sat and Sun was hot and very good. Ate about the same time all 3 days.

Location convenient for the Madison area, easy check in/check out. Building secured after hours, only those with room keys can get in.

Bathroom fan didn't work, causing room to become humid after showering. Found a lot of long hairs in the bedding and bathroom which was pretty gross...

The location is perfect for us, off 151. We liked all the green area plus the pool was great for grandchildren and the adults.

Everything from the service to the amenities, including breakfast were beyond my expectations based on my previous stays in the same hotel chanin in Illinois, Wisconsin, South Dakota, and Ohio.

Not much, except there was no visible signboard on the road.

A working hot tub. Work done to pool area. Working kids area,more lighting in pool area. Signs changed. Told right times of breakfast. Told about housekeeping. Nails in carpet up.

The breakfast was great. They had several cold options and two hot options. We checked in super late (midnight) and they were very accommodating to this. I did call them the day of reservation to ensure they knew we would be checking in late. Impressed with the pool area. We did not use it since it was a late night one night stay. Staff were all super friendly and seemed to genuinely care about their guests. This was the first time I've ever stayed at this specific chain hotel and was fairly impressed. Would stay again.

The mattress was so-so. I can sleep on anything but for those that don't like hard beds may find it a little much. There was an annoying noise coming from the bathroom- we determined it was likely from the storm going thru with high winds that was messing with the venting system, so not really a fault of the hotel itself. The windows for some reason weren't super noise proof and we heard most of everything going on in the parking lot. We were tired enough though it wasn't a huge deal.
