To start the kitchen counter had crumbs and we cleaned/sanitized ourselves. The resort needs to upgrade stove canopy ventilation.ceilings fan, When cooking it’s get very smoking as well in bathroom, air conditioner is not the best considering poor ventilation in the rooms it self , did not like the fact you have to go lobby for towels etc, check out should be available on tv also, others then that’s the resort it’s self is very pleasant and quiet.

The apartment was very clean except the A C filter but I told the front desk and they got it replaced right away.
I'll be coming back to this property anytime and i'll highly recommended

Had a great stay! A very quiet property just a short drive from the Strip and the airport. Very clean, safe, and very enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Vegas.

I don’t understand how you can call a hotel fully renovated and have very worn, old, disheveled carpet. There is no technology connection (usb). I was not impressed.

The staff was super friendly. Great location and right across from the Silverton casino which had a great show in their aquarium and a few food choices. Our room was very spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Las Vegas.

The hotel is nice but very dated. Room was not clean and elevator were slow and 1 is nit functioning. We have to provide IDs o get a cart which is very inconvenient.

The only comment regarding the stay at this location is on Saturday, 7/20 at main entrance adults smoking marijuana which I find insensitive and irresponsible guests or visitors. It is considered a family-oriented environment.

The only thing I didnt care for was the wait for elevators. The staff, room, and location was great

The property was in a convenient area and included complimentary parking. However, the rooms are worn and the elevator situation is awful. We we're on the 5th floor and opted for the stairs on multiple occasions after waiting extended periods of time for the elevator.

Overall good but I was rushed to leave exactly at 10am but the staff. But they were nice just felt rushed. It is a timeshare so you have to do the cleaning yourself.

Room was not clean towels in our room were dirty! When asked for clean towels provided a stack of towels that were still dirty and had soap still in the towel.

My family enjoyed our 3 nights at The Berkley. We liked the extra room having a 1 bedroom suite, as well as the kitchen and nice views. We liked how it was right next door and walking distance to The Silverton Casino and Bass Pro Shop. The only negative thing I would have to mention is waiting for the elevator, long waits at times as 1 of the 3 elevators was down. But besides that, we would stay there again.
