The hotel is a beautiful waterfront property that beautifully showcases the area's Seattle landscape and natural beauty. The hotel is close to shopping, beautiful walking trails, and lovely shops. The Restaurant is pricey but worth the quality of the food and service.

Super clean and nice. The bed & pillows were comfortable. Everything about this hotel was clean and well-maintained. I loved it and would stay again.

Stunning lake front property. Felt like I was on vacation! Loved the music at the outside patio bar. Ceasar salad was amazing! Our room was top notch with beautiful lake views!

There were crumbs on the small table in the room. Not appealing.

but the front desk person, Luis, was very friendly and did his best to help us through the check in process even though the system was down he was clam, in control and very helpful.
He deserves a raise !

After being served at the hotel bar, we paid our bill, and the same at the hotel restaurant for dinner. Both bills were paid, but when I checked out, they charged me again on my room bill. I spent an hour trying to resolve this and they told me that everything was fine. After I crossed the country to my home, I saw on my cards that the double charges continued.

Everything but the room view was as expected. I paid more for a room with a lake view but when I was checking in I was told that the room with the lake view wasn’t available. I had a view of a parking garage instead.

Quite possibly the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The facilities were beautiful, extremely clean, and also quiet. I had a bad head cold and was feeling under the weather. I mentioned this to the staff and they or me in a great area which was quiet. The room itself is extremely modern and comfortable with a 75” tv in the room. The view of Lake Washington was beautiful too. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had booked a room w 2 queens and when we checked in we asked to upgrade to rooms w lake view ( as it was available on line)but we were told there was no availability( even though we showed the staff member online availability) That was disappointing!

Parking is expensive but to be expected for area. Room was very nice but it looked like someone had thrown up in toilet area and they missed cleaning walls. Arrived later than planned so we did not get to experience the amenities and beautiful lake view as initially planned. Will definitely return if in area.

The bed and view were great however customer service not so much and had to call 3 times to have them bring us extra towels. A little pricy compared to other Hyatts I stayed at in the area like grand Hyatt seattle but still nice.

Very nice!!! Room was very clean & quiet. From check in to check out….. very smooth transition. There was a wedding and work convention going on and it never felt crowded or chaotic.

Parking for $45 per day is unacceptable. It should be free because this hotel is located in a remote suburban residential area away from downtown Renton. One of the two restaurants in the hotel was closed, and the one that was open was very expensive ($17 for a glass of wine). There was only one restaurant in the area. Others were more than 15 minutes away, and the streets were not pedestrian-friendly at all. The room was clean, but too close to the midrise apartments across the street, which completely blocked the "mountain view." I had to keep the blackout curtains closed all day because people across the street could see everything in my room. Because the door of the shower stall opened on the wrong side, I had to step out and close the door first before grabbing the bath towel. They probably installed the door that way to do it on the cheap.

We had a wonderful stay! The property is gorgeous and the Dock and Drink restaurant was the perfect relaxed vibe. My only complaint is there looked to be dried blood on one of our pillowcases.
