Extremely friendly and accommodating staff at Est Hotel.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and hospitable - especially Anna and Alfonso. We really enjoyed the sea view from the room as well as the upstairs terrace. We would recommend that the breakfast be served on this terrace instead of on the lower dining area. The breakfast food was not of high quality, sometimes not fresh; perhaps the hotel should reduce the variety of breakfast food options in favour of better quality. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is centrally located with beautiful views of the ocean. The staff is super helpful and go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is pleasant. They helped arrange multiple trips and drivers and recommended great places to see. Breakfast is included and the spread was amazing with fresh fruit and pastries. We also ate at the restaurant for dinner and the food was delicious. We cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Est Hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful (special mention for Alfonso on reception), the room was comfortable, modern and spacious with amazing views over the sea. The breakfast buffet had a huge selection and was served in a lovely, airy and light room on the ground floor, while the restaurant where dinner is available is on the roof terrace. We tried out both and were very impressed with the quality of the food and service. We wouldn't hesitate to come back again!

Awesome hotel! We booked for one night during our honeymoon but we liked it so much that we stayed another one! They even offered us a free room upgrade! Big parking right next to the hotel, delicious breakfast with great variety, super friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. Couldn't ask for more, one of the best hotels of our trip! Easy 10/10

It was amazing. A real 4 star. I will love to have free access to the breach and will prefer that AC work even without the hotel card. It was really warm.

An excellent hotel which we will return to! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, the breakfast was basic but tasty, and for us, the location was spot on. We were able to use the electric bikes for free to ride to a secluded rustic bay 5 mins away which I would thoroughly recommend, we could also drive to several nearby towns all within 15-20 minutes such as Otranto, and also benefit from the sea and restaurants in Santa Cesarea Terme. We looked at other hotels whilst we were there to check out for future, and none of the others came anywhere close to the Est Hotel. The hot tub was a lovely touch and is open right up until the night time, and I’d recommend a room with a terrace/balcony to enjoy the views in your own private space. The restaurant was really lovely and food quality very good but as a vegetarian I found just a few options as they eat a lot of fish/meat specialties locally - however, if I had needed them to i’m sure the staff would have made something for me as they really are very helpful. On the day of our departure we left before breakfast started and they very kindly set us up a little table upstairs with fresh fruit and croissants, and made us some cappuccinos before we left for the airport! They are happy to provide local recommendations for things to do if you just ask reception, they genuinely want you to have a nice time whilst you are staying with them! Rooms were very clean and the very powerful shower was lovely. Parking is free too!

The quality of the room, hotel and the service from the staff were excellent .

From our check in at the front desk with cheery, helpful Anna, to our experience with the wonderful gentleman server in the restaurant, we were made to feel like special guests for our stay. Room was clean, and bright. Breakfast buffet is well presented with a large variety of highest quality sweet and savory options. Dinner in the restaurant was very nice, with excellent friendly service. Many thanks to the wonderful staff.

Among the best hotels we had on our round trip in Puglia. Some hotels on the coastline can be odd and outdated and ask for a high price. This one really makes a difference. St Cesarea Terme maintained a lot of its historical presence without the burden of architectural questionable buildings from the after war area. So definitely a recommendation to stop in St. Cesarea Terme and particularly in this Hotel. The staff is very friendly and makes a huge effort and to provide a perfect service. A wonderful experience.

The hotel has a wonderful rooftop terrace. The rooms are clean, quiet and are equipped with everything you need. The staff is amazingly friendly and helped us with everything we needed. I can only recommend to stay at this amazing place!

Fabulous hotel, we loved our stay. The facilities at the hotel were great and we particularly enjoyed using the electric bikes! Staff were excellent and very happy to give advice on local swimming spots etc. Looking forward to visiting again!!

Wonderful service from everyone, especially Giovanni and Tamara!! Clean! We were there overnight leaving early in the morning. The hotel offered to put a to-go breakfast together that was bountiful and appreciated. Giovanni and Tamara spent considerable time finding the best option for us to get to our next destination. Highly recommend.

Nothing seems to be too much trouble for the wonderful staff at this quite lovely new and well designed hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and clean with great facilities. Its within a few minutes walk of the beach local restaurants and bars.

All went well from the moment we arrived at Brindisi airport & were met by our taxi driver arranged by the hotel. The transfer took just over an hour, through a spectacular thunderstorm, to arrive to a very warm welcome from the lovely staff on Reception, who spoke wonderful English. We were allotted our room on the 2nd floor, with fabulous views, even though we had arrived way before the published booking in time. The room was great, with a very comfy bed, but a little short on drawer space, and the bathroom was fine with a wonderful shower. The balcony had room for 2 chairs & a table & what a view! We had a light lunch in the Dining Room, gazing out to sea, which was delicious. The breakfast the next morning was more than adequate, with a good selection of fruit, pastries, bread, croissants, homemade savoury flan, & excellent coffee & tea. All staff in the hotel were absolutely charming & couldn't do enough to make our stay memorable, especially at Reception & our chamber maids, who deserve special mention. The top floor of the Hotel is Reception, a bar, & the most wonderful openair space, with loads of really comfortable chairs & sofas - what a place to relax. We enjoyed our stay so much & will certainly return.
