We enjoyed our stay and had daily house keeping. The only negative would be that there was no one at the front desk for check out. Overall, we would stay here again.

The rooms are spacious. What made our stay the best was the staff. Every employee we made contact with greeted us with a smile and seemed happy to help us. It was lovely.

Fold out couch bed was horrible! Mattress was super thin - you could feel the fold out platform. No bedding provided. Had to call front desk multiple times.

Breakfast was okay, nice that they offered. However, Ant was in our bed. Lots of people hanging out in lobby area.

Overall a fine stay

Hotel had system problems and I was told my payment did not process. The payment did in fact process and also posted for a higher amount than. Spoke with management the day of check out, gave her my card information and also a screenshot showing the amount cleared my credit card. Was told they would correct the error, ensured they would research and make sure the amount I was quoted would be all I was charged. She specifically said she was not going to charge my card again and confirmed the amount I should have been billed, which was approximately $150 less. Instead of correcting, the problem, I now have two different transactions posted to my credit card. No credit/correction was issued. I told the lady at the front desk I had concerns about them over billing me because she claimed they couldn’t see where the transaction posted in their system despite the screenshot I provided indicating otherwise.

The room was perfect and comfortable I needed a room with a kitchen to cook my meals. It was extremely comforrable

I always have a great experience at this hotel. It is quiet and the room is spacious and comfortable. There are no dining options in the immediate area but UberEats has always worked great for me here.

Beautiful property with a great breakfast!

We were extremely happy with our stay! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel was clean and the rooms were much larger than expected. The bathroom was large and the shower was as well with good water pressure. The extra counter outside of the bathroom was a nice touch to be able to apply make up without having to wait for the steamy bathroom to clear. The complimentary breakfast was fabulous with many options including made to order omelets. My 2 teenage sons had plenty to eat and then some for the day. We could not have been happier to stay at the Hyatt.

I lot of research went into finding one of the best hotels in the area. After reading all of the reviews and comparing them to other hotels, we chose Hyatt House Chicago/Oakbrook and was very pleased. The location is very close to the mall, movie theater, restaurants, & other attractions. The accommodations met all our needs including spacious rooms, comfortable beds, full kitchen, and heated pool. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would return again!

Great place to stay esp if visiting Chicago. Great services. I didn't find any issue with the room or the property. The staff was pretty accommodating as well.

The breakfast was free and delicious! They actually serve a good hearty breakfast!!!

Beautiful, comforting and friendly

Great stay but room could be cleaner. Found a bunch of debris at the edge around the foot of the bed. Have leftover food debris on the drain in the dishwasher and some leftover frozen meat in the freezer. Vents are also dirty.

I'm scared to give such a great review because they may raise the prices. LoL! This was my second stay. I the staff is warm, welcoming and accommodating. I couldn't have asked for more. I felt safe. Breakfast was great. The location is convenient to get to everything and everyone. The pool and gym were great bonuses. I'll be back again soon.

Located in a safe and quiet area, this hotel was clean with great customer service.

The bathroom was not very clean. Pink ring around sink (it also drained very slowly). The toilet had stains like it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly in a while. The towels had mascara stains and the shower soaps and shampoo were empty The bartender was non existent. The front desk girl finally came over and served the few of us that were there

Breakfast was great. The manager was amazing.

OMG!!!! This was the most amazing Hotel. Me and my wife were Newlyweds, so we were just looking for a quick mini getaway. Once the hotel staff was aware that we were Newlyweds they made us feel so special especially the host Monica you the best. Monica made sure we had a room away from everyone. We are definitely coming back again. The only thing that was missing was the fireplace outside. Everything else was great.

The suite was great and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was really good. The only complaint I have is the indoor pool was too cold for us.

The comfort level was wonderful, and we had so much room to spread out! We were grateful to have so many family restaurant choices nearby, and breakfast was the best of our 13 day trip!
